I always strive to maintain a positive outlook on albums, as I cannot do that with this mess :lol: Negative energy incoming... This is really terrible unfortunately. I have really enjoyed some of her past material (including the majority of her debut EP) but this is unbelievably underwhelming for an artist who has previously displayed that she has many talents that she can utilise. Maybe the worst part of this album is how boring it is, her flows stay the same throughout the project and the production is pretty similar for each track. The bars just aren't that great (e.g. the lead single oop)... Funnily enough the only track that I return to is 'Did It First' which somehow works, even Central Cee's performance is reasonably good. This album just leaves me feeling a bit disheartened :(

Charli is up to #7 on the Spotify artists chart today (one place off of a re-peak :cheer:) and the 'Guess' remix is at #59 on the Apple Music Dance chart (which means it's probably sitting around #250 on the main chart right now) which is a very promising sign!

This is incredible :wub: I originally preferred 'Spring Breakers' in terms of the additional tracks but 'Guess' has been a huge grower and Billie really elevates the quality of this track for me

Hi James! There are few albums with as much continued relevance for me as 'BRAT' has. I'm sure it'll be regarded as an all-time classic tbh :D I agree that Jade has impressed with her debut much more than her former band-mates. I'm hopeful that she'll have a huge career ahead of her! Hi Jack! Maybe Ayesha will have a #1 soon here?????????? Overmono's recent releases have been flawless :heart: Hi Jade! Thanks, the week so far has been pretty positive and productive for me thus far! I applaud JADE for going in a relatively experimental direction with 'Angel Of My Dreams' in comparison with her other band-mates' debuts! The video is really an incredible visual interpretation of the song :heart: I also do hope it'll stabilise in the near future and get a decent-ish chart run.

RIP </3 The fact that disrespectful far-right lunatics (such as the EDL) came out in their swarms immediately targeting mosques, muslims and the police sickens me to my bones. Hi Jade! Chappell at #1 :cheer: It did take a while to click with me but it has become of my favourite chart hits of the year! I'm desperate to see it at #1 and I do think it could be an actual possibility if 'Please Please Please' continues its decline in sales. If Chappell released some CDs for 'Good Luck, Babe!' that would be a pretty wise decision chart-wise considering she has a huge following! 'BIRDS OF A FEATHER' would be a fantastic #1 as well :heart: 'Floor' is a fantastic BJSC entry :wub: I'm really rooting for it to be a success for you :cheer: 'Gem Lingo' is a massive banger, hopefully a project from Overmono isn't too far away as their recent material has been amazing! I did enjoy 'I Am The King' a bit but it certainly felt like more of an interlude in comparison to 'Wither' which is more of a return to their trademark unhinged sound :wub: I feel blessed to have managed to pre-order a stunning Blood Records variant of 'WOOF' just before it sold-out, I have high hopes for the album! 'In The Night' is one of the best tracks from it, Jorja and Amaarae's performances are particularly powerful. One of the most promising signs that I've seen is a set of polls taken in New Hampshire. The first was taken back at the end of last month after that debate and it indicated a Trump lead of 2% - a new poll came in with about the same amount of participants (over 2000) and Kamala is leading by 6%. I know that New Hampshire is typically a Democratic leaning state but isn't this a good indicator to the whole country's reaction to her candidacy? On another promising note, some Pennsylvanian polls have come in showing Kamala leading but it is very slight lead. I do think she will eventually be able to have a comfortable lead there without the assistance of Shapiro tbh. Mark Kelly definitely seems like the right choice now for VP considering Josh Shapiro's stance on Palestine that Kamala hopefully disagrees with (he apparently compared Pro-Palestine protesters to the KKK eep).
