To quote Drake himself, 'Tensions is definitely rising'. Over the past few weeks, the world of hip-hop and R&B has been subject to a large amount of media attention. This was originally sparked by the release of Future & Metro Boomin's album 'WE DON'T TRUST YOU' which contained several disses towards Drake. The most explicit of these being Kendrick Lamar firing shots towards Drake (+ J. Cole) on 'Like That'. The release of 'WE STILL DON'T TRUST YOU' has also continued the disses, with The Weeknd & A$AP Rocky now getting involved. Drake seems to have recorded a response, firing shots at all of the artists listed in this post, most of them are directed towards Kendrick tho. BUT.... In this day and age, it is hard to determine if a song is AI generated. This track may be fake but it sounds VERY real to me. Whether or not this track will be officially released is debatable but for now we do have Drake diss to analyse. @1779198969094320561

Hi Jade! There was really no better way to celebrate the release of 'Only God Was Above Us' than having 'Capricorn' at the top :D What a truly remarkable album, my favourite Vampire Weekend album to date and subsequently my AOTY for sure! Incredible to see how much of an immense impact the album has made here. It seems like the album bombs on both of our charts have something in common... poor, brave 'Pravda' being the only track to not have charted from the album oop :lol: So, I'm obviously stanning all of the debuts and climbs for the album's tracks here. Especially happy to see 'Mary Boone' crack the top 5 + 'Hope' & 'Ice Cream Piano' debuting straight into the top 10 :heart: 'Connect' has actually proven to be the biggest grower for me so hopefully that could maybe climb here in the future (this is more of a plea tbh). Lovely to see 'DAUGHTER' deservedly climb into top 10! Approving of the continued relevance of 'COWBOY CARTER' here as well, 'YA YA' is another gem from the record. Charli is really serving with this era so far, the new single do not disappoint! 'House' is a pretty good comeback from London Grammar. I really liked their last album so here's hoping the next will be just as good/even better. I'm really enjoying the new Vegyn single as well. His recent output has been consistently excellent imo

Hi Whoddy! Fantastic to see 'Alter Ego' creep towards the top 3! I'm really hoping that Doechii can get another hit one day, her releases are seeming to be very consistent right now. Absolutely delighted to see 'Mary Boone' fly into the top 10 :wub: 'Only God Was Above Us' has very quickly become my AOTY so I'll be pleased to see any track from the album have success here ('Mary Boone' is one of the best tracks on the album tbf). 'Keep It Up' is sounding pretty good from Good Neighbours :lol: I think I'm preferring it slightly to 'Home' right now. Approving of the huge climb for 'Split Screen' as well, hype for the album! Since my last post, 'Socials' was released and Headie has made a few exciting announcements! 3QZUSjxGzyc Firstly, Headie has announced that his 2nd album 'The Last One' will be released on the 14th of June! Secondly, Headie has explicitly said that Stormzy will feature on the album. Here's hoping for another 'Ain't It Different' or 'Audacity' which are two of my favourite songs that both Headie and Stormzy have both been featured in.

'WE STILL DON'T TRUST YOU' is out now! The record features The Weeknd (three times), J. Cole, Lil Baby & A$AP Rocky. The album seems to be continuing the current dissing war between many rappers (most notably Drake and Kendrick Lamar) as The Weeknd has apparently dissed Drake + J. Cole is featured here despite being dissed on 'WE DON'T TRUST YOU' (Drake seems to have fallen out with both Future & Metro so he probably won't be happy oop).

BJSC 163 Results In BJSC 163 we sent Dog Race's instantly loveable breakthrough single 'It's The Squeeze', hoping that we could score another high finish in commemoration of Abeltesfayeton's 10th contest anniversary in BJSC! We qualified, but barely. We scraped through to the final by one single point thanks to a Sovarasman mealworm :heart: We actually did pretty well in the final despite the underwhelming semi performance! We finished 12th which is our 3rd highest position ever and on 214 points (only two points off of the top 10), our 2nd highest amount of points ever received.
