'Starburster' is the lead single to their upcoming 4th studio album 'Romance' which is due to be released later in the Summer. Doja Cat & A$AP Rocky's mega-banger 'URGE!!!!!!!!!!' is up to another new peak in the top 5 this week. Future, Metro Boomin & The Weeknd's 'We Still Don't Trust You' also boasts a new peak within the top 10. There are two debuts in the top 10, the first being the diamond of a new majorly bloated Taylor Swift album (the 2nd disc is fab tho) and the 2nd being the savage response from Drake following the whole 'Like That' shenanigans.

Eminem has announced that his first studio album in 4 years will be released this Summer! The announcement of this album has shocked many fans of Eminem across the world due to the fact that the infamous and beloved Slim Shady has died (as the title suggests) :o 5dPXGzyZqI8

Incredible sales for Taylor! I haven't got round to listening to the album yet but what I've heard of it is pretty good (namely 'Fortnight' and 'Florida!!!'). I also do fear that Taylor may now block some reasonably big albums from the top in the weeks to come (I thinking 'Radical Optimism' will have to fight really hard to get that #1, potentially even Kings Of Leon's upcoming album)

Hi Sergej! Happy to hear that you're enjoying 'Illusion'. I finding it's chorus so infectious currently. I found 'WE STILL DON'T TRUST YOU' as an album to be incredibly bloated but I did like the stylistic experimentation with the title track being a prime example. The production feels perfectly curated for Abel. Hi James! Oh wow, that's very high praise indeed for 'Illusion' :o 'we can't be friends' may or may not climb next week, I guess we'll have to see :kink: Hi Kath! I instantly loved 'Incognito' but not as much as 'One Night/All Night'. However, I do think it may be my fave from the era now as well! Hopefully Dua might climb next week, if I get through listening to the new 200 hours of Taylor Swift material  'CHROMA 002', 'stayinit' & 'von dutch' seem to be entering a phase of eternal relevance I fear.... Hi Jade! Thanks for the kind words  I'm not keeping my hopes up at qualify but hopefully it will (and scrape in by one point like last time ). My love for 'Only God Was Above Us' doesn't look likely to stop anytime soon tbh, expect to see them in the top 10 in some form for several more weeks! A snap debut indeed :cheeseblock: Agreed that it is the weakest single from the era but still a major bop!

Congrats Calum, Lindsey & Gerald :cheer: Hoping that this roll will be an enjoyable experience for y'all!

Hi Jade! I cannot object to another week at the top for the masterpiece that is 'Capricorn' The sheer quality of the entire top three tho :cheeseblock: Loving to see 'Mary Boone' continue to reach new heights :cheer: The album has really stuck with me so far, I just can't stop listening :D I'm really getting into 'House' now and hopefully they'll release some more singles before the album release. 'Illusion' Maybe the weakest of the flop era's singles but still a massive tune, perfect for the Summer! Advocating the climbs for 'Club Classics'/'B2B', I prefer the former slightly right now but the latter does also have a lot of replay value for me. Great to see 'Too Sweet' enter for the first time, I really didn't expect Hozier to ever get a #1 single after 'Take Me To Church' but I'm really pleased he did. 'Espresso' may be a grower for me but I'm on the fence about it atm. I've seen a lot of hype for the English Teacher album + I love a couple of songs from it so I will check it out soon, hopefully.... 'Flames' is yet another banger from Geo22 as well.

Hi Kath! Not Dua flopping at #1 & #2 :kink: The queen has served us with another banger, another phenomenal album to come I fear... Congrats on entering such a major banger into BJSC  Hoping (and thinking) it does better than DJ_Dave's last entry (which was a major banger tbf). Hype for Peggy's upcoming album, I've really enjoyed all of the singles and I'm sure she'll give us some more when it drops. 'So What If I'm A Freak' is that mega-bop + loving the debut for 'Flames' :cheer:

Hi Sergej! Yes, yes, yesssss at 'Illusion' debuting in at #1  This era is really shaping up to be something special, here's hoping the album is as fantastic as the singles! Loving the rest of your top two here, 'Too Sweet' is a bop :cheer: 'we can't be friends' is so damn close to the top 10 here, please let it continue to have new peaks  Madison Beer is an artist that I haven't paid a huge amount of attention in the past to but 'Make You Mine' has certainly appealed to my ear, more climbs for that pls.

Hi Whoddy! Fantastic to see 'Mary Boone' crack the top 5! What a stunner  I'm loving Nia Archives' debut right now and 'Cards On The Table' is a great pick. WILLOW looks set to have another great album, 'b i g f e e l i n g s' is sounding fab at the moment. 'Prep School-Gangsters' is one of the many gems that feature on 'Only God Was Above Us' I should also get around to listening to this Concrete Boys album at some point (I do have a ton of albums to get through first unfortunately )

I had a really good experience this year and I got basically everything I wanted! The 1975 - Live At Gorilla David Byrne & Paramore - Hard Times/Burning Down The House Olivia Rodrigo & Noah Kahan - Stick Season/Lacy Paramore - re: This Is Why The Weeknd - Live At SoFi Stadium Young Thug - Jeffrey

Hi James! The Ari slayage continues :cheeseblock: I certainly wouldn't have predicted 'ordinary things' to get as high as #2 here. I have absolutely no complaints tho :D Great to see 'obsessed' hit a new peak within the top 20 :cheer: Advocating all of the climbs + debuts for the tracks from 'COWBOY CARTER'. Especially delighted to see 'PROTECTOR' & 'ALLIGATOR TEARS' debut! Lastly, great to see 'Too Sweet' enter and 'Too Good To Be True' hit new highs here
