Well, that was a Brit Award ceremony I guess.... Unsurprisingly I have to agree that the hosting was not great this year, but that's pretty normal for the Brits. 'Escapism.' winning song of the year at the beginning was a decent start (although, it was predictable when RAYE had so many nominations), easily my favourite from the category by a long way. I didn't really know who was going to win best group (except for Headie X K-Trap) but Jungle's last album was great to very deserved (I think I would've preferred Chase & Status or Young Fathers tho). I'm impressed with RAYE's sweep but it does get a little boring when the same artist is continually going back and forth to the stage. Still kinda peeved about RAYE winning best new artist (I know this is like a career rebirthing for RAYE but she could've easily been nominated for it between 2018-2019 imo, same for Mahalia) but if she stopped Olivia Dean from winning it then we're good x. Dula Peep winning Best Pop from only releasing three singles, our flop kween delivered (she always gives a good speech as well)! Calvin winning Best Dance is a better result than what I thought would occur in that category but I fear everyone (bar Becky Hill) deserved the award more than him oop. Nice to see BMTH's first win, I really liked 3/4 singles they released last year but I think I would've preferred to see Young Fathers get the win (they looked pretty sad whenever they lost an award :(). Underdog Casisdead getting an award was unexpected and expected for me at the same time  I knew he had quite a dedicated fanbase so I'm sure they would've been constantly voting every day for this win (I still would've preferred to see Simz or Dave pick this one up). SZA winning was a huge shock but I'm over the moon for it, a much more deserved winner in comparison to Miley Cyrus or Taylor Swift's works in late 2022-2023. Boygenius winning is pretty cool but Miley winning best song (I understand why tho ofc) Dua's opening performance was solid! I'm also wondering why they didn't squeeze in 'Houdini' but nvm. The performance of 'Miracle' fell a little flat for me at first but the addition of the Hardwell remix towards the end picked up the pace for the better. Tate McRae & Jungle delivered pretty unmemorable performances oop. Tate performs 'Greedy' like that whenever she performs it unfortunately, I really don't like that style of singing two lines and then skipping six. An unremarkable performance from Becky Hill as well (even 'Baddadan' couldn't save it :cheeseblock:). Agreed that Rema's performance was actually really good! It changed from a boring and bland song to a really fun track. I think Selena Gomez is the problem :kink: RAYE's performance was by far the best tho (she even made 'Prada' sound like a masterpiece, DBE could never). I'm yet to see the full Kylie performance as I fell asleep at the start lol.
  2. Gonna bump this! Any feedback would be greatly appreciated, after all we're here to help make BuzzJack the best it can be :D
  3. Hi Sergej! Great to see that new peak for 'TEXAS HOLD 'EM', only 4 weeks until the album :cheer: Happy to see 'Gasoline' hit a new peak as well, it looks like the follow-up to 'Dawn FM' is coming very soon thankfully! I also must stan those new peaks for 'Oh No :: He Said What?' and 'Murder On The Dancefloor'!
  4. This new Skrapz album looks like it's making some waves here in the UK! It has some pretty big UK based names attached to it as well, one song features both Nines and D Block Europe (which is unfortunate as the former is typically good, unlike the latter).
  5. Spotify: Really impressive for Charli, maybe coming for her biggest solo hit from one her own albums since 'Boom Clap'? It does look like 'stayinit' will probably scrape in the top 40 as well! Good that people have realised that 'Doctor (Work It Out)' is absolute trash and decided to not make it a hit, yet... Overjoyed with that debut for Twenty-One Pilots as well :cheer: Certainly not their most commercial offering but it is a banger! #52 Stayinit #73 Doctor (Work It Out) #74 Dizzy #82 Overcompensate #86 Cuban Links (Skrapz X Nines X D Block Europe) #158 Lighter

Little Simz - Far Away [26-40] SZA's stunning comeback single 'Saturn' is an instant #1 on my chart this week! The song is the first new solo material from SZA since her massive late 2022 released sophomore record 'SOS'. That album has proven to become one of my favourite albums of this decade so far and I would even go far enough to say that the record is easily one of my favourite R&B albums ever. 'Saturn' really does feel like a follow-up to SZA's ethereal 2020 single 'Good Days'. Elsewhere, Noah Kahan bags his highest charting single since 'Stick Season' thanks to the duet version of 'Paul Revere' with Gregory Alan Isakov. Vampire Weekend also make a slow move up the top 10 with the breathtaking soundscape that is 'Capricorn'. Shygirl also gets her 3rd top 10 hit from her flawless 'Club Shy' era with 'mute'. Finally, Caroline Polachek scores her first top 10 hit in my chart thanks to the incredible 'Spring Is Coming With A Strawberry In The Mouth'!
  9. Hi Bré! I've finally gotten around to listening to some of Glass Beach's music and I've enjoyed everything I've heard from them. 'coelacanth' was one of the highlights from my listen so I'm pleased to see that stay at #1. 'Dreamfear' is another great track as well, even if it feels like a day has passed by the time you've finished listening to it :kink: NewDad are a pretty exciting up and coming band right now, I'm interested to see what they can do in the future! I must stan 'The End Of The Contender' ofc  'ONE CALL' a banger btw 'Bye Bye' is a mega bop in fact. It's true to say that she rapped better over that Playboi Carti type beat than Carti ever could  Nice to see that new peak from 'CHROMA 001 HELIUM' as well, I'm getting some big Overmono vibes from it rn. I forgot about those great Club Bizarre tracks oop. Nice to see 'Born Of A Star' being the highest, it is my fav of the bunch for sure
  10. Hi James! Awesome to see Ari hold strong at #1 :cheer: Only ONE WEEK until 'eternal sunshine', I really can't wait  I really ' want to like 'Never Be Alone' but somehow Sonny ruins the drop for me :( 'Murder On The Dancefloor' & 'HISS' getting a new peaks  Also must support the new peaks for 'Loneliness' & 'Butterfly Net'! I still have to check out the rest of the tracks from the deluxe edition of 'Desire, I Want To Turn Into You' but I'm sure they'll be fantastic!
  11. Hi Jade! 'Training Season' has grown on me even more in the past week so I approve of another week at #1 here :D I need to check out 'Coma' from Caroline but I'm delighted to see 'Spring Is Coming With A Strawberry In The Mouth' crack the top 3! Obvs great to see 'Capricorn' hit new heights as well, possibly my favourite song from Vampire Weekend to date already :o The Bat For Lashes track is fantastic as well, I discovered it through Fantano I think... 'Northern Attitude' in the top 10 :cheeseblock: Those new MGMT X Christine and the Queens, Vegyn (I think this was another discovery from Fantano's 'Weekly Track Roundup' as well for me) and The Blinders tracks are also all great as well :cheer:
  12. Hi Whoddy! I've tried to like this new Catfish single but I'm just finding it a little mid right now :( Anyway, that new Kasabian single is great to nice to see that in your top 3! 'run for the hills' is another great track from 'think later', definitely Tate's best work for me!

  14. This is brilliant! Way better than anything off of 'Scaled And Icy'. "Welcome back to trench" indeed
  15. This is indeed another banger from Fred :cheer: It'd be great to see Overmono get a top 40 hit (also would be great to see Yachty get another one, he only has three after all...)
  16. Thanks so much  I really apprectate it!!!
  17. I'm kinda having the same issue as Meekul right now, except with just changing my email and for some reason I can't get a validation email. So i'm now stuck in the validating group instead of genre mod oop. Some help would be greatly appreciated!

Just a few thousand sales off of being a Billboard 200 #1 album this week :(
  19. Oop, this kinda sounds terrible to me as well from the preview...
  20. Week 7: Beyoncé - 16 CARRIAGES | 9.0/10 Noah Kahan - Forever | 8.0/10 ¥$ - BURN | 8.0/10 Beyoncé - TEXAS HOLD 'EM | 7.5/10 Muni Long - Made For Me | 6.5/10 Djo - End Of Beginning | 6.0/10 Madison Beer - Make You Mine | 6.0/10 K-Trap - Heaven Or Hell | 5.0/10 ¥$ - BACK TO ME | 5.0/10 Andrew Underberg, Sam Haft, Christian Borle, Amir Talai and Joel Perez - Stayed Gone | 4.0/10 Wes Nelson - Abracadabra (feat. Craig David) | 4.5/10 ¥$ - CARNIVAL (feat. Rich The Kid and Playboi Carti) | 4.0/10 Sia and Kylie Minogue - Dance Alone | 3.0/10 Shy Smith - Soaked | 2.0/10 'TEXAS HOLD 'EM' is a fun track from Beyoncé, even if it sounds a little bit cheesy at times. Some parts still kind of sounds like a country music parody to me but I still enjoy it! I really like the production on 'CARNIVAL' (I do think that the mixing at the start of Carti's verse does need to be fixed, it's pretty hard to hear his voice) but there is a fair share of cringy lines and the hook is pretty weak for me. At least Ty Dolla $ign performed well on it... 'BURN' was one of my favourite tracks from 'VULTURES 1' when I first listened to the troubled project and it remains one of my favourites. Ty Dolla $ign obviously has a talent for writing catchy hooks and this song is a prime example of that. Hear me out, I love the production, Ty's parts and Freddie Gibbs' verse on 'BACK TO ME' (I even like Kanye's first verse even). But, Kanye's 2nd verse just absolutely ruins the song for me, especially that immature line that he just keeps repeating over and over and over again, sigh. 'Forever' is a lovely addition to Noah's catalogue. My only criticism would be that the 1st part is a little too long. The verses on 'Abracadabra' are decent but the drop is just really underwhelming for me, still nice to see Craig still getting top 40s after nearly 25 years tho. '16 CARRIAGES' is such a beautiful and well-written song from Beyoncé, I'm hoping for more songs like this on 'ACT II'. I don't think I've liked any romantic drill song that I've heard  'Heaven Or Hell' is no exception oop. I feel like Madison's vocals on 'Make You Mine' could be a little less subdued on a song with such energetic production, still probably one of the best songs I've heard from her tho. 'Dance Alone' sounds really bland to me and one of my constant criticisms of Sia's recent material is that the production sounds really dated imo. 'Made For Me' really sounds like it could've pulled straight from the early 2000s :D I just wish that there was a little more to the song, it's decent although I still prefer 'Hrs & Hrs'. Wow, 'Soaked' is absolute trash. The production really tries to sound like Timbaland's but falls on it's face doing so. The Hazbin Hotel stuff isn't really my thing at all and 'Stayed Gone' isn't any different. 'End Of Beginning' is also another song where it's decent enough, but not something that I would particularly go back to Week 8: Dua Lipa - Training Season | 9.0/10 Calvin Harris and Rag'n'Bone Man - Lovers In A Past Life | 6.5/10 Bryson Tiller - Whatever She Wants | 3.0/10 Jason Derulo and Michael Bublé - Spicy Margarita | Unforgivable Abomination/10 My first impression of 'Training Season' was that It was simply just another solid pop song but it grew on me a lot! It is another fun banger from Dua which makes me even more excited to hear what the album sounds like. The video is trash tho lol. 'Lovers In A Past Life' is solid but really nothing special at all. I thought pretty much the same about 'Giant' as well. I really haven't heard that much material from Bryson Tiller but I wish that such a boring and lifeless song like 'Whatever She Wants' won't become his biggest solo hit (unfortunately, it looks like it will). And yeah, 'Spicy Margarita' is yet another abomination from Derulo. Here's hoping that this is the last we see of his career in the UK charts x.
  21. Ok, that makes more sense :D
  22. The album looks like it's titled '360_brat' and will be out some time in the Summer! This link on her shop confirms this: https://charli-xcx-merch.myshopify.com/prod...rat-standard-lp
  23. 'stayinit' with Lil Yachty is coming soon, possibly even tonight! Overmono might be involved from the looks of it.... Preview: @1762474211887423564
