Y'all Starlight

Hi Jade! Everything Everything really have gone 3/3 with all the singles for this era! 'The End Of The Contender' is probably my 2nd fav of the singles behind 'Cold Reactor' obvs. Great to see 'One Night/All Night' reach a new peak (as it should) Oddly enough, I've never listened to a TR/ST song oop. I'll have to give a few of their tracks a listen based off of how successful they are here! 'CHROMA 001 HELIUM', '¿Cómo Asî?' and 'Swallowing Static are all great new entries as well (although I must admit that I haven't listened to many of them oop). 'Slumlord' surviving for another week :cheeseblock:

Hi Whoddy! Great to see Noah X Sam at the top again! I'm going to see Noah next week so I've been listening to his music a lot and 'Homesick' is easily one of his best works (possibly my 3rd fav track from him behind 'Stick Season' and 'Northern Attitude'). That new 1975 track is also quite good, looking forward to hearing the rest of 'The New Look's soundtrack. Those new Lil Yachty & Everything Everything tracks are also great!

I'm really sorry to hear that Sergej :( I'm sure I'm not the only one here that hopes you can get back on your feet soon  Anyway.... Great to see 'yes, and?' crack the top 3! Nice to see 'Standing Next To You' in the top 5 for the first time as well. I think that's the only song I've heard from Jung Kook that I've liked. I also must stan 'Stick Season' appearing in the top 40!

Hi James! Cool to see 'yes, and?' enter the top 5! Hype for 'Eternal Sunshine'! Great to see the new peaks for 'Spirit', 'Perfect (Exceeder)', 'Murder On The Dancefloor' and 'The Mad Stone'

Hi Bré! Shame to see that 'redrum' has already vacated the top 2 but 'Coal' is a very worthy successor for the #1 position (quite surprised that It hasn't charted in my chart yet...). I gave that Sleater-Kinney track a listen earlier in the week and as expected it is a banger! '¿Cómo Así?' is also another great track from Kali's new album which I keep loving more and more every time I listen to it. I obviously have to cheer for 'One Night/All Night' making your chart since it just hit #1 on my chart :cheer: 'Generator' is also great so nice to see that enter. Hype for Hyperdrama! 'Mulholland's Dinner & Wine' is really the only song that has stood out for me from Declan's current era, I'll have to give the album a listen at some point... I also really should give that EKKSTACY album a listen some time!

Fat Dog also see a big rise in the top 10 this week, up to #3 now with 'King Of The Slugs'. There are two huge debuts for Don Toliver's new banger 'Bandit' which samples Tame Impala's 'One More Hour' (You can tell that I'm really loving his music right now :D) and Everything Everything's latest single from their upcoming album 'Mountainhead' which looks set to be a great album. Bicep also see a big rise with the first track from their Chroma project - 'CHROMA 001 HELIUM'.

Abel has been teasing us a lot lately, I can see something coming soon :cheer:

Three more song titles have been revealed! 02. bye 06. supernatural 10. we can't be friends (wait for your love) 'eternal sunshine' cover 3 was also revealed today! @1755246199995515089

'Stick Season' will surely get a bit of a boost next week firstly because of the reissue of the album that features the duets and the other reason being that Noah starts his UK tour next week!

Killer Mike successfully won three Grammys a couple of days ago! Minutes after he was pictured with his awards, he was arrested for 'misdemeanour battery' and has since been released. It would've made more sense that he was arrested for the theft of Travis' Best Rap Album Grammy :kink: In other news, Drake has apparently had some nudes leak oop

+12 Ariana Grande - yes, and? +10 21 Savage - redrum +08 Noah Kahan - Homesick (w/ Sam Fender / solo) +07 Becky Hill and Sonny Fodera - Never Be Alone +06 Benson Boone - Beautiful Things +05 The Last Dinner Party - Nothing Matters +04 Lost Frequencies and Bastille - Head Down +03 The Cast Of Wonka - You've Never Had Chocolate Like This +02 Kygo and Ava Max - Whatever +01 Ella Henderson - Alibi (feat. Rudimental)

Taylor has such an impressive work ethic! Hype for this if it indeed in the vein of 'Folklore' & 'Evermore' (both top three Taylor albums for me), even If my thoughts right now are that it isn't going to sounds like them oop. Even though it had some bangers, 'Midnights' was as its title suggests, mid imo :kink: Massive hype for the Florence collab! The Posty collab isn't something I was particularly expecting to see but if it's good, then that's fine x

Megan, Skepta & Justin for me this week!

One award down, eight to go! SZA has won her 2nd Grammy already thanks to 'Ghost In The Machine'. It also becomes Phoebe Bridgers' first ever Grammy win @1754245768796676235

Excited for this! I have been feeling totally uninspired recently tbh. Hopefully I can find something....

Hi Dan! Great to see both of Justice's new bangers enter your top 10! Good to see Queen Meg debut into your top 40 as well!

Hi Jade! I'm so hyped for single #2 from 'Eternal Sunshine'! I see a couple of the song titles have been revealed (although they were quite predictable - 'Intro' and 'Eternal Sunshine'). 'King Of The Slugs' was an incredible BJSC winner and 'If You Were Mine' was certainly robbed of a higher position! Hi Sergej! I can see 'Oh No :: He Said What?' climbing a fair few places next week, great to see the 'Dead Club City' era have a bit of longevity! I wish Kali could play a UK show but I'm even more happy to see that she is expecting a child with Don Toliver, congrats to them both :cheer: Hi James! It has been interesting (to say the least) to watch this Nicki & Megan beef unfold. Great to see that Meg has benefitted the most chart-wise from it but I am quite worried if it has taken a toll on her mental health due to death threats from unhinged Barbz etc. Cool that 'Cold Reactor' has hit a new peak in your chart :cheer: Everything Everything's new single is sounding great! It'll certainly debut in my chart next week! Hi Dan! Megan hasn't really dissapointed with an album for me yet but this era sounds like it will turn into her best based off of 'Cobra' and now 'HISS'. Sorry to hear that 'CHROMA 001 HELIUM' isn't doing much for you :( Ironically, 'Water' made me even thirstier for new Bicep material and this new track sounds great to me! Hopefully we'll get even more songs soon... Hi Jim! Geo22 remain one of the best artists I have discovered from BJSC to date! Thanks for the support for 'Slumlord' here and in BJSC  Have a great weekend all!

Don Toliver is back with a new banger called 'Bandit' that samples Tame Impala's 'One More Hour'. It also looks like the song could chart quite high this week, It debuted at #63 on the UK Spotify chart today! FauDn2LkeQ4

Hi Sergej! Cool to see 'redrum' hit the top 40! 'Mulholland's Dinner And Wine' is my favourite of the singles from Declan's upcoming album so also great to see that make an appearance. 'Good People' is also a really good yet completely different sound for Mumford & Sons!
