Y'all Starlight

Great to see you bring back your chart Bré! 'redrum' is probably now my favourite track from 'American Dream', It gives me slight 'Runnin' vibes from 'Savage Mode II' (which is always going to be a good thing). I really like 'Coal' as well, I can see it maybe entering my chart soon-ish. I still haven't listened to the full album yet but I think I've heard 6 or 7 songs from Kali Uchis' new record and they all sound great. 'Te Mata' is probably my 2nd fav track behind 'Igual Que Un Angel' (It does sound quite generic but I still love it :D). I also need to listen to Unknown T's album. The singles all sounded pretty good, especially 'Hocus Pocus' & 'Right Hand'. I listened to 'INSANO' the other day and 'SEVEN' was one of the tracks that really stood out for me in an otherwise pretty mid album, good to see that charting here! Also, I must stan Kenny Mason making an appearance here, hopefully that can reach the top 40!

Hi Whoddy! Great to see 'Homesick' at the top! The original was great but Fender certainly made it even better. Good to see the debuts from Nothing But Thieves (really excited for the deluxe version of 'Dead Club City', one of the best albums of 2023 imo), Liam Gallagher X John Squire, Justice X Tame Impala and YUNGBLUD X Lil Yachty!

Hi Jade! 'Slumlord' :cheeseblock: Nice to see 'Always' hit the top, it is quite the earworm! 'If You Were Mine' was a great entry, what a stunning arrangement  Great to see 'One Night/All Night' enter as well. I'm dying for new a Tame Impala album but this'll be fine for the meantime.

Hi Jim! Fantastic to see your chart return in some form :cheer: Cool to see Geo22, Jamie XX & Mumford X Sons' new bangers in your top 20! 'Homesick', 'Silver Thread Golden Needle', 'All The Same', 'yes, and?', 'Friend Of A Friend' & 'Tell Me' are also great tracks!

Hi James! Awesome to see 'Cold Reactor' creeping its way up to the top. Megan's new track is a certified banger and 'Cobra' is also certainly a bop! I'm not massively keen on 'You're Losing Me' but I really appreciate the songwriting effort Taylor put into it. Hopefully Ari can climb higher in future weeks!

Their closet competition comes from Justice & Tame Impala's new bop 'One Night/All Night' from the formers' upcoming album 'Hyperdrama' which is on course to sound fantastic. There are debuts in the top 10 for Skepta's solo rap comeback 'Gas Me Up', Megan Thee Stallion's masterful diss track 'HISS' and Fat Dog's BJSC winning megabanger 'King Of The Slugs'. Abeltesfayeton's latest entry 'Slumlord' also cracks the top 10 for the first time.

Great to see 'Ooh Wee' finally certified :cheer:

Well done Fortnite for helping Playboy Carti secure his 1st top 10 single  Really impressive for Madge as well! All because of the genius that is The Weeknd

Pull through 'Popular'...

Oh, yes! I forgot that he existed oop

Cool to see another Marley family member crack the top 40! I think that makes YG the 3rd after Bob & Skip? I can't say that I'm blown away by the song tho, quite mid on first listen.

This is trash, another classic song butchery from Ella...

If only 'Choose Your Fighter' could've taken off as much as this :( Impressive that Kygo has made a comeback after years of flops even though this garbage sounds like most of his songs oop

'HISS' Hopefully that will become a Billboard Hot 100 #1. Great that 'Big Foot' isn't here, what a weak and overall stupid diss track...

'Gas Me Up' is a banger but one of the reasons that it must be this high up in the chart is the publicity due to that absolutely disgusting cover art which it was supposed to have.

BJSC 161 Results In BJSC 161 we sent Alan Palomo's Neon Indian following his disappointing DNQ in BJSC 158. The 2015 single 'Slumlord' became our best performing entry to date, finishing 6th! It also finished a bit higher than Neon Indian's last BJSC entry in 2015 (It was 'Annie' which finished 16th). Thank you for voting for us: Rolloland, Neliönoir, The Spodic Empire, Singerpurear, Danæviia, Jadakissnia, Scotland 2, Pestolia, Zanmatony, Fljótavík, Utopia, Lookylion, Kluminican Republic, Aelandor, Bronzil, FARC, Republic of Adonia, Persephonia! Shoutout to Terra Avium & Trifoski for the bronzes! Massive thanks to Cumulonimbia & Aesthetica for the silvers! And big up East Rukahavian, Skall & Varakë for the golds !!!!!!!!

Congrats Jack!!!!! Incredible result for Sovarasma, doing their thing and breaking records! A incredible high note for Utopia to end on, for now... :( Bladee coming in the top 3 remains iconic so congrats to Dandy for bagging another great finish. A great result for Cor Lupus & Danævila as well! What a start to 2024, fantastic that Abeltesfayeton have hit a new peak in BJSC! My favourite entry to date so it's only right that it finished higher than any other of our past entries. Thanks to Doctor Blind, Dan, Kluminican Republic, Seven & Bré for the additional votes  Great hosting Jordan!

Thanks Jade & Republic Of Adonia! It's looking good for Fat Dog rn!

Thanks blacksquare & Pestolia!
