The opening section with Artpop is fantastic (also enjoying the less clinical production) and would have made a perfect introductory visual back last summer.

Dare is out there. Standard cheap RedOne-esque song but that chorus is undeniable. Sounds like a potential song of the summer, especially with the World Cup exposure.

I Believe In You was her last decent pop 'moment' (ten years ago!), although Slow remains her best. That production. Everything since then has been middling at best.

Yay. It's horrible to think I wouldn't have been too bothered this time last year. CBS really do seem proud of the show, and obviously aren't bothered about the ratings TOO much. I really don't see it going anywhere as long as it remains the best show on network television. It's still the only one up there with cable, right?
