:unsure: I know Eurovision fans that have bought 10 copies of the album and own everything he’s ever released! 💿 If he needed more sales he could add a limited colour vinyl and the same people would buy it. Who knows what’s going on behind the scenes if he’s doing non-album gigs during release week but it’s definitely not sleeping. He said he spoke to Olly Murs who said he’s going on holiday to recover :P He did one signing in Westfield London yesterday.

He started saying that over a week ago and I think it’s a bluff to get more physical sales. He’s on This Morning next week but unfortunately not with his best pal Phil (if you know, you know). -_-

The album is currently #8 in the world on iTunes :cheer: Hopefully this means it’s high in the UK (sorry if I jinx that Sam)

Agree I remember when Rage Against The Machine got number 1 but I couldn’t sing any of LadBaby’s Christmas songs from the past 4 years. The hype completely passed me by. I did get a Greg sausage roll sticker that was going spare after their book launch in WHSmith though.

I’m reading the comments on The Guardian and it’s obvious from her responses that the meaning of Tiny Riot has completely gone over her head.

I’m not convinced he will make 20,000 but hopefully he will make #1.

I don’t dare predict Sam’s sales because even though I follow him (not like a stalker) he’s a complete anomaly. He definitely does have fans who will respond and he sold out a Europe tour (20 dates) and 2 London dates (1800 capacity) with no fuss and no album announced. I literally know people who have purchased 10 albums because of his staggered promotion. His journey has been crazy, I’m happy for him and he deserves success! I really hope he’s inspired other singer-songwriters not to give up on their dreams. Oh, he said he isn’t bothered about streaming but still reaches his fans.

I don’t know what this is based on exactly but Sam was on BBC Radio Essex and he said his album was close to :no1: and thanked his hometown for their support.

I can't escape from Mr Lewis Capaldi today. First it was sponsored ads on Twitter, then his million stories on Instagram and now it's YouTube ads interrupting my videos.

I love Escapism! I love how the melody switches up to match the storytelling. I laughed when someone posted a clip of her live performance on TikTok and people asked "is she out of tune?" but no, it was because they were too used to hearing the sped-up version :hithead:
