Agree I remember when Rage Against The Machine got number 1 but I couldn’t sing any of LadBaby’s Christmas songs from the past 4 years. The hype completely passed me by. I did get a Greg sausage roll sticker that was going spare after their book launch in WHSmith though.

I’m reading the comments on The Guardian and it’s obvious from her responses that the meaning of Tiny Riot has completely gone over her head.

I don’t dare predict Sam’s sales because even though I follow him (not like a stalker) he’s a complete anomaly. He definitely does have fans who will respond and he sold out a Europe tour (20 dates) and 2 London dates (1800 capacity) with no fuss and no album announced. I literally know people who have purchased 10 albums because of his staggered promotion. His journey has been crazy, I’m happy for him and he deserves success! I really hope he’s inspired other singer-songwriters not to give up on their dreams. Oh, he said he isn’t bothered about streaming but still reaches his fans.

I thought Lewis had the fanbase and 24/7 promotion to jump ahead of the Christmas music but his debut Spotify streams were a lot lower than expected. His CDs are planned for next week but I don’t know if that will be enough to make a big dent now. Strictly might help but the results is on Monday instead.

Olly is where Stormzy was last week against Cliff Richard but unfortunately Olly obviously doesn’t have the same streaming power. I hope he will hold on he did say he would chew his fingers off to shift 200000 albums.

Olly is doing personalised video messages when you pre-order a vinyl.

Lewis has gone from promoting his song every 5 minutes to not promoting it at all for the last few days.

Nothing would have been said about Olly if Self Esteem hadn’t publicly criticised him.

Olly Murs is trending on my twitter but not for anything good :rolleyes: The press are still talking about the song lyrics and people are complaining about unsigned albums. HMV have dropped the price and added 4 more signings “because he’s so popular” (which go live tomorrow?) so maybe he is super popular or maybe things aren’t looking great… you decide :D Everything Sam Ryder and Warner Music have done since June 15th is for album pre-orders so it’s just another thing. Sam said he won’t play the streaming game but he manages to connect with his fans in other ways. I have a feeling George Ezra will gain a little on albums this week.

How does the chart work for this release? Is the Live At Finsbury Park vinyl counted separately to the Seventeen Going Under Deluxe Live? :???: The vinyl is so pretty :wub: I’d say top 5.

You don’t need to purchase it to leave a review resulting in the same sad trolls flooding albums with 1* reviews. Some of the ones on Stormzy’s new album are disgusting.
