I saw this on Wednesday - I didn’t watch the trailer before and I’m glad I didn’t. I liked it but I have no idea why it was an 18 for gore it wasn’t that bad compared to Saw or Halloween. It had potential but I saw the ending a mile off and it reminded me a lot of Drag Me To Hell.

Has this entered the Spotify charts anywhere? I’m surprised it hasn’t entered Apple Music not even in the UK with Ellie and Sigala but I guess it hasn’t had much promotion.

I am loving the new Måneskin song "The Lonelinest" it wouldn't be out of place on an MCR album. It should do well as it's taking off on TikTok already.

OK I changed my mind I think it's pretty good but all these dance tracks using popular songs as samples without much creativity does feel lazy. My favourite Ellie song is still "Outside".

I hated "Freaks" but then I've hated all the BBC songwriting camp songs. I am loving the Imagine Dragons vibes from the preview.

It's catchy but the problem I have with the full version is I cannot understand what the vocalist is singing about except for the chorus "I'm hungry hungry hungry" and I still can't after listening to it twice more.

If anyone wants a listen on BBC Sounds they played it on Radio 1 on 01.10 at 2:24am. I prefer ATF but it’s a similar vibe and repeats “hungry” many many many times.

I like Tom Grennan a lot and I'm hoping he will do a Becky Hill and make up for the inevitable mediocre production.

Jordan Clarke’s Freaks trended on TikTok in 2019 and I would have said the UK would have ended last if it was chosen in the National Final but they did anyway. SNAP has the “snapping 1, 2” hook and Arcade has the “Loving you is a losing game” hook (i guess). We will have to see what songs sound good sped-up B-)
