I am not suprised it's fallen and I expect it will fall further from that update. The three of them are signed to major record labels but the promotion from any of the artists or the labels has been little for the past week. Sam has 20 million followers across platforms. Talia Mar was hot hot hot on promoting STN every single day before it entered the top 40 or played on Love Island.

I don't understand these artists. You make a song, release it and then if it doesn't blow up on TikTok you then forget about it and stop promoting it? K.

Lewis is pushing the CD & Vinyl sales hard all the time and he is so active on social media interacting with people and doing live streams. His streams are lower but his sales should make up for it if he’s dropping these ASAP.

There are definitely more than a few notes that aren’t right. The best scenario would be Sigala reads the criticism, pulls the song and re-works it in the studio but unfortunately I don’t think that’s gonna happen. I don’t blame Sam but the collab had a lot of potential.

I think Sam’s album will be OK as he released pre-orders after Eurovision to coincide with early access tour tickets. Many of his fans have been around since 2020 and want to hear his album. Sam wouldn’t confirm the album date in August but he said it wasn’t finished. His European tour finishes Nov 8 and he’s promoting his album which is a good sign as he stopped promoting “Somebody” after 2 days. The BBC Ent. said he’d book Sam onto shows whenever he wanted.

They haven’t but they have removed STN from the playlist now.

I like Tom and love this song and I’m disappointed for him that it’s only peaked at #57 so far and he’s dropped to #61 this week. I know he has the single with KSI but he did release a remix this week which removed Tom’s vocals?! Rude.

Debuted in the UK at #48. It was 14th on the download chart. I’m still waiting for the day Sam Ryder actually decides to promote his music and Sigala isn’t much better.

SNAP is due to rise again in the chart this week to a new peak in the UK chart. Despite this it's a shame she couldn't sell anywhere close to 200 tickets for her London show.

I saw it re-entered the UK Spotify again (for Monday) which is good it as means people are listening to it. Hopefully it can chart and get some radio play.

After 24 hours it has entered 7 iTunes charts (UK #8, Ireland, Finland, Mexico, Denmark, Poland & Germany), 2 Apple Music (UK & Ireland) and at least 10 Spotify charts (UK #93, Mexico, Denmark, Austria, Netherlands, Finland, Ireland, Norway, Sweden & Switzerland). At one point it entered Spain, Netherlands and Austria iTunes but dropped out.

On the positive side David Guetta is credited as a co-artist rather than "feat" and he has promoted it (more than Sam) so people should see it. I remember there was a lot of promotion for "Stay the Night" from Talia Marr. She promoted it on TikTok and more than once she offered to DM people who screenshotted that they bought the song on iTunes and later they did 3000 signed CDs when it was in the top 15. Recently they did another push to get it in the top 10 and asked everyone to buy all the remixes to count towards the chart and used sponsored posts.

I like it and it's nothing to do with Sam his vocal range really works but after listening to it a few times I feel like it's missing something. I really like the last 30 second. I do like Sigala's music (and I'm sure he will release 6 remixes of this) but part of me wonders what David Guetta actually did?? I hope I am wrong. I hope it does fine for Sam!! :blink:

Little bit of trivia: SPACE MAN has charted in the Belgium UltraTop50 for 14 weeks (3 months). It entered the chart at #30 on 28/05/2022 and peaked at #22 a week later. Since then it’s gone down and up and down and up but it’s still there doing well.

The song debuted at #77 but he’s done very little promo for it. It’s been bumped up to the A Playlist on Radio 2.

Where did he write this? I missed it. I've heard a clip of the song it has David Guetta's fingerprints all over it and Sam and Sigala seem to get on well.

OK literally as I posted it they confirmed it's being released on 2nd September.
