Yeah but they are still profitable. I can see this going #1 on the Itunes album chart IF it stays in the top 150 for the rest of the weeks

Isn't 30 days their biggest selling single there after WBU, Ego and Up?? That was a big discussion on UKMix forum (which I was formerly part of). I think the LFTW is just fluctuating now. Not gonna be free falling anytime soon. Back up to #99 EDIT - #92!

I agree . A higher charting album also gets it NOTICED!! Therefore more sales in the long run

Living For The Weekend - Fifth Album Discussion Thread
The main reason OYR kinda flopped was because if the sales climate, at that time of year people aren't looking for pop albums. They are looking for Christmas albums. There were 10 of them in front of them at the time. (Michael bubble,Now thats what i call Christmas, Christmas no.1 ballad, now that's what I call Xmas songs...etc) then there are artists like olly murs and JLS who's albums sound very Christmassy therefore they do well at this time of year. The TV add was barely played and promotion was low. There were so many reasons to why this album didnt do so well. It would've most likely peaked in the top 10 around January. Not because of its sales, but because pop songs and albums tend to fare better after Christmas. I don't know why but its been mentioned several times on the UK chat forums on buzzjack.

Hope so too! But we have to keep in consideration; -OYR would've peaked at #68 when it was approaching the release. This albums already top 100 -The majority of pre orders on LIving up for the weekend are by fan base so there's a possibility it will slip down by tommorow. - However it may expose the fact they are releasing a new album to other people, outside their fan base, which may explain why they are still at #99 after all these hours of being there. -Disco Love will most likely go Top 10. But a good 4 weeks in top 20 Is what I hope if they want the album to also stay up a little. Airplay isn't too bad either. Just a little worse than AFU Both versions are on Ireland's Ituens chart Deluxe edition - #167 Standard - #168 One after another! UPDATE - #95 on UK albums!!

Living For The Weekend - Fifth Album Discussion Thread
It must've been when released, cause the only artist that gets even close to the top 10 during that period is Rihanna. I never once saw OYR in top 100 before release The album is at #99 now, kworb takes a while to update

Haha!! :) And Hurricane (I know your name :P) The thing is no ones said that, half the things you've just said, members on this chat have been saying. Yeah it is something to be happy about considering there are 4 weeks till release. #111 is much better than #303 (non-existent airplay). No ones hidden from it cause some of us are happy about the fact that it hasn't been come rely snubbed and its weird to see how you can't understand that? There's no saying you have to be overly positive but continuously saying 'its disappointing' doesn't help either. There are more factors involved in whats happened than just 'no hype,no promotion'. To say this was released after a flop kinda says it all in reality. I believe in a GH!? Where'd you get that from? It's a horrible idea and just tells the world that they're wanting to separate :/ Being negative 80% of the time and then making a one off 'good' remark isn't something people like. I agree with your message in between your (if you want to call it that) 'rude' message. You didn't just say all the negatives, you said a lot of positives as well, but with some people on the chat, it's very negative. Popjustice are very happy and joke-y around this subject and do criticise it as well. But here, it's just overly negative which kinda takes the fun out of discussions...

I'm sorry but I do kinda agree. You also need to calm down first as that kinda language isnt exactly a calm person speaking. You do talk 80% negative the majority of the time. Are you also the shadow2013 on popjustice cause some of them even picked up on him/her on that forum too for being negative. From one of the members. 'Shadow, I don't want this to sound nasty or anything because its not intended to be, but can't you just enjoy the music right now? Every post on this page from you is "their airplay is low" "YouTube numbers are low" "TV play isn't doing too good". I know it's frustrating sometimes but there is time, and you have to have a little faith.' It's not just this forum if this is you as well. Other people I've seen have a good and bad points to share, which I'd recommend anyone should do in order to not be told off. It gets you on people's good sides. A lot of people who have commented other stuff are either just making a one off comment or joking about it. It hasn't been From a sats fan. Jonjos been on this forum for a while now and I ca see why all this negativity (not just you) is making him angry. Being snubbed on radio one is a fact cause they have this week. They never said they'll not get on the week after. Are you lying to say its disappointing? If it were after WBu then yeah but when gentleman hadn't even cracked the top 300 airplay at this time and for disco love to get #77 (#111 on official according to digital spy forum), there is no reason to say its disappointing cause it isn't. Try and be a bit more 'they've done so well in comparison... But I'm still worried' and give a mixture of good and bad rather than 'disappointing really..' :) Jsg2013, your comment made me chuckle haha

Exactly! It's just irritating that everything they do is a negative. You even found WBU as a negative as it hasn't passed 400k yet. It annoys the hell out of me that as a sats fan you'd be able to criticise them 24/7

#204 on Amazon Album chart! Top 200 so close and so early. OYR didn't get higher than 300 and that was a week prior to release. 4 weeks before is amazing!

Disco Love // Single 4 | Discussion
Thanks :D The radios seemed to resent gentleman. #303 on Charlys means like #450 on official (becomes more inaccurate the further you go down!)
-
Disco Love // Single 4 | Discussion
Yeah but it gives us an idea funnily enough. All of tem are from charlys and I did state that they were unofficial several times. It gives us an idea, and the fact that its outdone gentleman and is on par with AFU is great. At this point all fired up didn't enter it with #65 yet the next week it did. It just goes us an idea and by the sounds of it another top 10 seems inevitable :)

Disco Love // Single 4 | Discussion
Did a little bit of research as to where AFU and Gentleman were on airplay chart 3 weeks prior to the release on the unofficial chart; Disco Love - #77 All Fired Up - #65 Gentleman - #303 (that's what people were saying on the old thread. Jumped to #195 the next week) So wont flop like gentleman fingers crossed
-
Disco Love // Single 4 | Discussion
Unofficial Airplay Chart has them at - #77 so it must be around #80 - #85 on the actual one

The only reason, the show went down to 100k viewers is cause of the time change. Other than that 500k per episode could've been the minimum
