  1. At #144 just checked
  2. Doing so well on Amazons music chart for a CD that hasn't had any promotion! The albums Shot up from #324 to #244
  3. Haha! Something must be happening in Ireland. DL shot up to #80!
  4. Read the Disco Love thread. Disco love is getting airplay, not a lot, but a regular amount. Was play listed on Capital a few days ago and is played a few times in the mornings and is getting regular each day. Though the airplay is not as much as higher, missing you or ego. It's getting about how much forever is over or work was getting. 2nd thing is that there's still time to the release and if they have started to play it I don't see why you guys are saying nothing's happening. With, this should of been released when... Messages. They probably didnt know that WBU would've been this much of a success and there's no point in saying all this cause they haven't. If Disco Love is getting some airplay with almost a month to go, I don't see I why you would think the single and the album would flop. Broken Arrow was released by Pixie Lott before her re-release. Debuted at #9 and stayed in the charts the entire Christmas period and gave it 300,000 sales more, regardless of the fact that Broken Arrow bombed. Just because a single bombs doesn't means the album will. It just means it has to be promoted more. Don't forget, The saturdays released their album against so many Christmas albums and that took it down so many places. The fact that many pele are only interested in Christmas songs/albums at that time of year means that not many people were interested in it. The albums promotion also got wiped out by huge international artists. This albums being released on October and I don't think many pele are looking for a Christmas album then. So yeah, people can think it will do well...
  5. Haha yay! I went onto the buzzjack forum today o see it was one of the newest tracks to be added on to capitals playlist. Checked the website to confirm too!
  6. I thought people would've picked up in this, but Capital have play listed disco love yesterday!

There are loads of reasons to why the airplay isn't that good: 1. The release date is 5 weeks away, what about us got play listed 2 weeks from its release and was steadily played by capital prior. 2. It's already had extensive airplay from where it is at the moment. 85 plays in its first week is good, the fact capital had played it multiple times units first day is great. They did that with WBU but not with notorious or gentleman. 3.Video views are only low because it hadn't been promoted until a few days ago, as someone had already pointed out so give it time. 4. It's done so well at the moment in pre-orders Also, an update on WBU ytd airplay Airplay - #19 TV airplay - #2 only behind scream and shout
  14. Haha, just Hope Disco love isn't going to flop
  15. In all fairness, a lot of people would be complimenting it if it had done better
  16. It's only 6 weeks really
  17. I want it to be like Long Hot Summer or Love Machine (which im guessing as that was kinda rock-y)
  18. Okay so Disco Love is a bad title, that doesn't mean it wont do good in the charts. Come on, The wanted with 'Walks like Rihanna' is one of the most potentially stupid names Ive heard in the past few years, yet it didn't do badly in the charts??

Yeah that's what I thought too??
  20. Yeah, that's why I said I was kidding afterwards ;) I doubt it will be called Sex on the Beach, as long as it does well in the charts

I guess, but I still think it hadn't done too badly. Alexandra Burke's singles had all failed after Elephant. Im thankful it didn't go that way at least :S

SO, was it axed or a second season was never planned to be commissioned. The earlier one is what newspapers and websites have said, the latter was stated by the girls

And Just found this: Chasing The Saturdays, which documented the girl group trying to crack the US, only lasted one series on US network E! before being shown the back door by TV execs unhappy with poor ratings. US figures for the ten-episode series were so poor they went as low as 100,000. And it seems the reason Americans weren’t fussed about the show was because Mollie King, Frankie Sanford, Una Healy, Vanessa White and Rochelle Humes got on far too well. ‘It got killed in the ratings,’ a source told The Sun. ‘US fans like drama and conflict but The Saturdays actually liked each other.’ Haha the end of it slayed me, they actually liked each other!!

Has anyone noticed, The wanted's show has been on recently on E! ?? The ratings at the beginning are very similar to The Saturdays. Their initial premiere got only 600,000 viewers whereas The sats got 914,000 (I think, might be more). But after their slot movement, The Sats dribbled all the way down to 101,000. The Wanted were moved to Saturday nights after a while and it got them 998,000 viewers! If only that Happened to the ats...
