He did a TikTok concert and played Deep Blue Doubt, Put A Light On Me, This Time and All The Way Over and they are good and completely different. I suppose I can deal with some songs from the EP like Tiny Riot and More which are great and there are 8 new songs after all the ones we’ve heard including Space Man and Living Without You but flogging Somebody for months over something better is annoying with his potential.

Miss You is a BOP I've just listened to it 5 times in a row it's strangely addictive even if the vocal is a little grating :funky:

As popular as he is I do feel he's wasting his opportunity flogging this dead horse song. I don't know if the record company is forcing his hand with what is released but "Somebody" was number #77 in the charts, the Sigala song was number #48 so not good performances. My worry is his record company will soon start looking at bad performances and start wondering about whether to keep supporting him. In terms of promoting an album I don't think he should be on shows still pushing "Somebody" as representative of the album. I've heard some of the other new songs and they are much better. I was really looking forward to buying his album but when I look at the album track listing he's just stuck 3 songs from the EP onto the album... why? He seems to have a great manager for his promo but to me his music is all very badly managed. His fanbase is there but a lot of them know his talent and won't be interested in any old rubbish.

This isn't doing great hopefully it wil improve

Their voices sound really similar I didn't realise it was 2 people singing when I first heard the clip. Them both singing "I would take all the pain all the bruises all the blame and repeat it until I go insane" is interesting.

But why?

I hope it will be more "Outside" and less "Runaway".

I don't know what Sigala's plan is with LWY however Sam sent an SMS last weekend and it climbed the iTunes chart but it's gone quiet again...

Eh? No he doesn't. He has pre-orders and Sam has a solid fanbase.

Set You Free by Sam Ryder was used for the winner's moment on Celebrity Masterchef last night :cheer:

It's so wild to me that Sam Ryder used to be the lead singer of one of my favourite metal bands and 10 years later he makes POP and DANCE MUSIC and sings like an angel. I haven't seen a lot of promotion from him for "Somebody" or "Living Without You" but he has promoted his album. Sigala will undoubtedly release the music video and some remixes within the next couple of weeks.
