  1. However you look at it, this is still the same Tory government in power, just a different face as PM. Same policies really and while they might get a poll bounce for a while, when the reality kicks in of more austerity and people are unable to afford their energy bills then I’m convinced people will vote for a change in this country which is badly needed.

Yes, the new content is a bit underwhelming and doesn’t excite me enough to buy the album again.
  3. Well looks like Sunak will be out next PM but also looks like he is going to have a tough job uniting the Tory Party as many of the Johnson backers are now calling for a general election. Bring it on!!
  4. Unsure whether I am glad Johnson isn’t running or not. At least, it’s saved the country from more exposure to his incompetence, lies and superficial character but it would have been good from the point of view that the investigation against him is likely to throw up all sorts and hopefully end in him having to stand down as an M.P. That certainly would have been the final nail in the coffin for the Tory party!

No, sadly not. Two new tracks and a bunch of acoustic versions.
  6. The release schedule for next year looks more exciting than Q4.
  7. I cannot believe Johnson is even being allowed to stand again. After being forced out from his own party only a few months ago due to lies and scandals and with a pending investigation hanging over him. I watched Question Time last night and even the majority Tory audience were not impressed or excited about his return. I think most people from the audience want a general election now.
  8. Is let it die a reject from delirium? It’s quite good anyway.
  9. Hoping the next album is better than the last. Never really got into her last album properly.
  10. Yes, he is still under investigation. Imagine if he is re-elected and then found guilty.
  11. I seriously hope not. He was a horrific pm and should never have been elected as pm. He is vile and full of empty promises, lies and bullshit. The only glimmer of light from him being re-elected is it will hopefully be the icing on the cake for the Tories and an end to 12 terrible years of conservative government.
  12. If the Tories re-elect Boris, then it will just show how out of touch they really are after forcing him out over all the lies and scandals. Boris would not last as there will inevitably be more of the same.
  13. There is talk that Boris Johnson could stand again as pm. What a joke that would be!
  14. I’m not convinced that Starmer is a ‘good’ leader. He comes across as weak but his party have come up with some good ideas recently. The question is, are labour doing so well in the polls on their own merits or because the Tories are doing so badly? Sunak is politically popular among the general public so the tide could change if he is elected as pm and we have a period of relative calm and the election doesn’t happen till 2024. I really hope that doesn’t happen as we badly need a change and the Tories have done so much damage in this country over the past 12 years.
  15. Hunt has said he is not standing. I suspect we will get either Sunak or Mordaunt. Either way, the Tories can’t keep changing leaders so we need a general election as this is a shambles.
  16. I voted for if you were with me now. Her vocals are great on this track and it’s a lovely song, so underrated.
  17. Tories are in complete disarray. I’ll be surprised if Truss remains as PM by Christmas.
  18. I liked erotica at the time but felt it was so different to her other stuff and quite a big risk.
  19. I listened to secret codes and battleships today - this is a great album!
  20. Looks like I forgot quite a few. The less memorable ones maybe!
  21. The Q4 album releases looks very weak this year and could have done with a major player like Capaldi releasing sooner.
  22. Thanks, Liam Especially for you - with Jason Donovan If you were with me now - with Keith Washington Where the wild roses grow - With Nick Cave Kids - With Robbie Williams Only you - with James Corden Music’s too sad without you - with Jack Savoretti Beautiful - with Enrique Higher - with Taio Cruz A second to midnight - with Years & Years Don’t think I’ve missed any?
  23. I’m interested to see what is your favourite?
  24. I cannot see how Truss can remain as PM. It’s absolutely shocking - virtually everything in the budget has been reversed. I’m quite angry about the energy price fix being diminished to 6 months. Unless a miracle happens and the Ukraine war ends soon then prices are going to continue rising and even consumers on middle incomes will be significantly affected. Bring on a general election and get rid of this incompetent and shambles government.
