  1. Looking forward to hearing the new album. I wish it was out before Christmas tbh given the dull Q4 release schedule this year.
  2. She beat Little Mix to no1 with Disco and her last couple of albums have sold consistently.
  3. It’s been 10 years since his last album though and sadly with virtually no promotion, the album was always likely to struggle but I thought it would have made T75 at least.
  4. This was the third and final single from the first Decon album. What are your thought on it now? It’s a song which has grown on me more over the years. I heard the acoustic version the other day which brings a whole new perspective to the song. An abbey road version could have been amazing. It only reached no16 in the uk charts but there are a number of factors which didn’t help such as the long gap between put yourself in my place and this song, limited promotion and only 1 cd single at the time.
  5. I’ve really liked his last two or three singles. Not sure why this isn’t being released in Q4. Surely, it would sell more then?
  6. 1. Hot n cold 2. Teenage dream 3. Unconditionally 4. Small talk 5. Bon appetite
  7. Looking forward to the deluxe reissues but I really hope they don’t include any of the awful new remixes that have been floating around on iTunes. I heard a remix of frozen and it completely ruined the song.
  8. Disco’s streaming figures were far higher than golden though. I think it’s something BMG are aware of and have been trying to promote her via streaming platforms.
  9. Well I’ve listened to the album 4-5 times now. I really like the singles - let’s try being in love has really grown on me. All you pretty things is brilliant and my favourite track on the album. However, it’s not my favourite album of his by any stretch and some of the tracks are way too long and not keen on his voice on other tracks.
  10. Oh brilliant, I love Belinda and will be buying it. I have to say though, this year is the dullest album release schedule in Q4 that I can ever remember. Literally, only 1 album on that list which interests me.
  11. Into the blue - missing the T10 after initially appearing in the early midweeks at no9 and being the lead single from KMO Never too late - Missing the T3 after her first 6 singles all made T2. Can’t get you out of my head - Storming to no1 with sales of 306k. I’m not surprised it reached no1 but I was shocked by the amount it sold. Put yourself in my place - Missing the T10 on the back of the incredible CIM single. Word is out - Only peaking at 16 after such a successful run of T10 singles and being the lead single from let’s get to it
  12. Some kind of bliss missing the T20 was a big shock. It was the first single from a new Kylie album and I remember it featured in Woolies T10 chart. I was never certain that confide in me would reach no1. It’s a fantastic song but was so different to anything else she had done at the time. I’m more surprised by how quickly confide in me dropped out of the T10 after such a good start.
  13. Is track 14 birth on the cd? It’s not listed on track listing in hmv so is it hidden?
  14. I’m hoping it’s not similar to all the lovers which is a great song but I don’t want another track that sounds the same. No mention of a release date yet but I would predict we may get something early in the New Year.
  15. It’s been posted on say hey that these are the rumoured titles of Kylie upcoming single and album. The single is a biffco track and in a similar vein to all the lovers. I don’t know any more information but sounds interesting!
  16. When I first heard it, I thought it was quite a risky first single choice and completely different to anything else she had done. However, I was shocked when it didn’t make T20 as expected it to at least go T10 in the first week.
  17. According to a rumour on say hey, the new single is called ‘hold on to now’. It’s a Biffco track. Album is called ‘electric’.
  18. Those new remixes are abysmal and completely ruin the original songs. I would hope she is doing something more creative…maybe a follow up to Madame x?
  19. His best album was the last one involving Mike Stock. This release doesn’t appeal to me. I already have the deluxe cds for the first two albums released in Asia and there is nothing new on this which wasn’t included on them!
  20. I watched Question Time last night. It was based in Manchester and the majority in the audience were conservative voters. Many were extremely worried about the future. I think the Tories are in big trouble now and they know it. They have no credible answers or solutions to the problems we are facing.
  21. Question is who will replace her? There is no way Boris will come back. I can’t see Truss lasting long if the economy continues to deteriorate. I think we’ll end up with a general election.
  22. Favourites: The Wanted, Backstreet Boys, Take That Least: One Direction, JLS
  23. I assume the orchestral versions have no lyrics?
  24. I voted for Blair. Although he is controversial due to the Iraq war, the labour government brought in a lot of positive policies during their time in office. Sadly, all of the PMs since have ranged from bad to absolutely awful. Cameron - Terrible. Era of austerity, cuts and author of the Brexit referendum which should never have happened! Johnson - Abysmal. His handling of covid pandemic was shocking and numerous others scandals clutter his era.
  25. Kylie Minogue’s where is the feeling was actually a b-side in a remixed version for her previous single, put yourself in my place. The single was also remixed for release!
