I can’t believe tension II is being released on the same week as the Blessed Madonna new album. Looking at the release schedule, she will be Kylie’s main challenger for no1 album.

On first listen, it doesn’t sound as good or catchy as his other stuff.

I really like it. Better than the last couple of tracks and similar to the style of the last album.

I thought the album only had 11 tracks in total?

There are 3-4 ok sounding songs on the album but apart from that, the album is very underwhelming and fails to capture the magic from prism and teenage dream eras.

I guess it looks like tension 2 is happening. It’s better value than just a deluxe edition but I don’t feel particularly excited about this release based on the tracks I’ve already heard. Midnight ride and Sia collaboration are the best but just hoping there are stronger tracks on the album.

The clip sounds promising and better than the last couple of tracks from the new era.

‘Slow’ is my favourite but I begin to wonder is a good Dannii track!

Not very good, unlikely to get the album unless the other tracks are significantly better.

Nothing official has been confirmed yet and there were rumours plus a fake tracklist circulating for a tension reissue only recently. I’ll believe it once it’s confirmed.

I would be surprised if it didn’t make T10 given how low sales are in the current market and lack of other new releases around right now. It will drop out completely the week after.

It’s not one of my favourites. I prefer vogue, frozen, holiday, material girl and papa don’t preach to name a few. It was certainly a change of sound and had more of an edge compared to her earlier material though.

Timebomb, flower and a second to midnight would all feature much higher in my rankings. The rest I pretty much agree with as ranking at the low end.

A more progressive tax system would be a fairer option.

It just seems to be taking in one hand and giving in another. No real policies to address the crisis we face in this country. Our services are in a desperate position and many people are struggling in poverty. While I am glad we have a change of government, I want to start seeing some real change rather than just continuing to blame the previous government for all their mistakes.

I’m glad this hasn’t done well tbh. It’s just trash. Kylie has been really hit & miss with some of the releases over the past year.

I like this song. It’s better than the last. Great vocals too!

I think the new government are in for a major showdown over their policy to cut winter fuel allowance for pensioners. It’s a strange policy given they are increasing the state pension by over £400 pcm. I get they inherited a big while and big mess from the Tories but surely there are other ways which would be better to recoup the money. What is really needed is a fairer and more proportionate tax system where people who earn more, pay more. At the current time, labour just seem to be following similar lines to the Tories by punishing those who are an easy target and least well off.

The album is ok but not as good as their last few albums for sure. The deluxe felt a wasted opportunity. No promotion and the deluxe is not even available in shops.

Not feeling much excitement about this era so far. Woman’s world was ok but lifetimes was boring.

Glory was a great album. I’m sure there will be a follow up at some stage.

Any news if we are getting a deluxe edition?

The 2nd CD single of Confide in me was only released in the 2nd week, most likely helping to attribute to the increase in sales despite the drop in chart position to no4. I remember reading in Record Mirror they referred to it as a contender to overtake Wet Wet Wet. It also got an amazing review!
