great to see Oasis climbing fast #48 from #63 NICE :) they should be top10 in the overall charts i think :)

Still loads of people were predicting Oasis not to even chart in the top20 let alone top10.... They are such a big band and the reason is...there is a new b-side to this single so all of the fans have gone out and actually bought the single.... imagine if this song had more airplay i could see this possibly go top5 IMO.

give the song a go... its great

oasis will be on comic relief too u know :) so dont just write them off falling too far down people.

Oasis be here now... it is the fastest selling album in britain ever,, records stores opened at midnight to cope with the demand... people think this album was i let down i personally dont think so ...very underrated great album :)

some good news!! a new b-side is going to be released with it! so this could fare well as it has new material unlike just a remix

'Falling Down', highlighted by reviewers as one of the best tracks on their latest album, the track will be released as a single on Monday 9th March (8th March digitally). The Noel Gallagher-sung track is taken from Oasis 7th studio album 'Dig Out Your Soul' which went straight to number one in the UK and top 5 in the US on its release last October. why not they are always on bloody tv,, getting massive promo from xfactor and other tv programs. Oasis sold 500k with pretty minimal promo.... even the airplay has been poor for this album. so Oasis have done very well if you ask me...

It was a good year for Elbow #35 with sales of 325k for them is a massive success by their standards :)... i was pretty unsure if the would clear 150k but 325k is great !

ever since 12memories back in 2003 Travis have been selling less and less with each album... Though it must be said the album had no promotion whats so ever!! I think they are just in it for the joy of making music now,, they dont seem to care about selling much records.

ban Xfactor from the whole f***ing chart regardless wether its xmas or not! its just pollutes the chart

actually i thought it was 17days ;) but it makes sense that it was 11days as its 7th days say sale was 813,000. i dont think DOYS will hit a million we shall see it probably will hover around 600k-700k mark for a bit. glad you bought the album ... it definitely has a twist a few songs that are pretty un oasis like (to be where theres life,soldier on, get off your high horse lady) but for me falling down is immense 3rd single BTW ;) also the turning,bag it up,waiting for the rapture are songs that have that be here now vibe (Which i think is a great album ).

its funny really.. i mean the single is very good ,,, but by the looks of things people are buying the album instead of the single. sales are up from last week again for the album which is good to know..

it is a flop for sure,,, 63k in total after 2 singles, good airplay! and this is the highest time for sales!! just face it sugababes fans ,, the album is a flop and it will take a miracle to redeem it now.

i'm not bothered at all... I keep saying and i will say it again :) THE album is more importnant than singles!!! i would rather have an album be #1 and shift 400,000+ in little over 9weeks then have a single at #1 and the album can't even clear 100,000.
