Will be interesting to know what is the gap between Muse and M &S. It's very unsurprising for Muse to be #1after day one as like many rock bands they will have huge pre-orders and high first day instore sales from hardcore fans. They will tail off drastically, but it just depends on the gap as M&S will have stable and consistent sales through the week.

so 10k is the difference between the killers and pink. Could pink close the gap? I suppose i really depends on how front loaded the killers sales were or for that case pinks. Will be interesting to see if there are any friday sales.

Interesting to see which artist gets #1. online retail sees the killers generally doing better. (Amazon, Play.com, HMV)

Great sales :). Not many british rock bands have managed to achieve what Oasis have. Also Noel Gallagher is very gifted songwriter... it's amazing how well his solo album is doing :)
