well this is Matts real test. if his album has a decent run and not plummet. Then, fair enough. But I think, he is only selling on the fact of the x-factor hype. after a few weeks, this album could be pretty low.

also It seems to me that Matt was more front loaded his sales have tailed off way more than NOELs 1st day Noel V Matt 55,000 V 28,000 ( 27k difference) ----- 4th day Noel 94,000 v Matt 54,000 (40,000+ difference) ........... Do people think Matt can actually do 70k by the end ?

I don't think albums are expensive at all. Noels album is being sold at the top range of 9.99 and can be dowloaded for 3.99 at amazon.

interesting :), I was under the impression that most people on here thought. His Xfactor performance would easily give Matt a #1 album.

Sunday Chart Predictions
yeah well u are in the minority with me then.... Cause loads of people were thinking that MATT would easily walk it even on the Havenforum.co.uk they were saying the same... I kept saying Don't underestimate Noel Gallagher, he has a very very strong fan base. And look now he is outselling mat 2:1 :)

Sunday Chart Predictions
Absolutely, Noel will be front loaded with pre-orders and first day sales. But Im sure at worst he will do 100k. hoping he will do around 120k? Matt will be front loaded too, and i think at best he will be looking at maybe 80k max. lots of people like me bought the AKA.. What a life cd single from Noels website. I agree its shame they didn't release it all in the same week. As it would have had a much higher peak

If Matt mirrored that run, then... it would basically prove that wining x-factor is a load of rubbish really.

For an X Factor winner... and all the promo he has got so far. IT IS A MAJOR disappointment that his single couldn't even make the top5. Don't care what people say
