I can't see that he's heavier, in fact I think he's a bit too thin. I think the beard is making his face look fuller and who can tell below the neck as he's got baggy trousers and a hoody on. Everyone looks heavier wearing a bulky hoody.

I also wonder if she's British or American. I assumed she was American at first but some of the words she used in that article are very British. Not going on a whole TT bashing or anything, but I've always said that they were and still are very clever in how they play the media and how they always make themselves look all the innocents and Barlow is the best at it. The way they kicked Rob out to start with was genius, they knew exactly what they were doing, they kept their hands clean and it all looked like Rob walked out on them when in fact they kicked him out. Leading to the whole reunion tour and them going on to the press ad nauseum how much they want him to join them blah blah blah .... by doing that, knowing full well that Rob is not going to, they make him look like the bad guy again and they are the innocents who still love him and want him back .... all together now - Awwwww :rolleyes: :puke2: About Barlow, well he's very good at keeping with the clean cut, good guy image and playing on people's heartstrings especially with that book of his. Rob is not the only one that's had not so nice things to say about him so everyone can't be wrong. There have been others that have said he's arrogant and full of himself and Rob being the good judge of character that he is I bet Barlow is all that and more ... but he knows exactly what to say and how to act to appear to be a nice guy. He's also very good at kissing ass and that works to his advantage in a big way in the music industry and with the press. Its an art form and he's mastered it :lol:

The stuff about Amy was just plain mean and nasty. The stuff about Rob was completely stupid and uncalled for and I like Jonathan Ross. I didn't find it at all funny. I really don't get why Rob is always used as a punchline to jokes. There was no point or purpose to his comment. If anyone else had said that fans would be bitching and moaning.

LOL Rob going by formula ?! Rudebox was a formula ?? :lol: People really should think up of other, more creative ways of slagging him off if that's their goal. If anything Rob is one of VERY few artists that goes against formula and still gets slammed left, right and center, yet the artists that use formula repeatedly on every album are seen as being so prolific :rolleyes: :zzz: And about resorting to covers .... where exactly is he resorting to covers ?? Lola is a completely different thing and it shouldn't even be considered. Yes there were covers on Rudebox but that whole album was different than anything else, it wasn't done like his usual albums ... how it evolved, how he recorded it, and its sound. He covered those songs because it was songs that he loved and wanted to do. He didn't release any of them, if he had, then I can see an argument being made that he's using covers. I really don't get why people can't just be happy that they got 5 extra songs. Rudebox had about 12 originals which is more than some artists put on an album. You'd think that would be enough but no, with Rob people need to constantly nit pick and have some excuse to complain :angry: I've said it before .... his fans have got very spoiled and don't appreciate what he does. Ungrateful is what the lot of them are. I hope Swing2 never comes out. There's no need for him to do it. It'll get slagged off regardless if an original comes out first. Yes he can put a fresh angle on it and I'm sure if he'd do it he would but I don't think its necessary. I'd much rather have an original album towards the end of 2008. February I think is way too early. Somewhere round summer would make more sense but with Rob who knows. With Bodies I hope he does't forget about it when the time comes for singles and Bsides. He has a tendency to forget the older songs and they end up not being used.

You and me both, I'd love to hear the whole version. I have a feeling we'll never hear the completed track. Hopefully I'm wrong.
