September 2007 News
Good lord, they really will make a story out of anything won't they ?! While I do think there's some truth in it, he was joking. The Sun should spend less time watcing the clips on his site and do some actual journalism

Robbie to cover The Kinks classic 'Lola'
Huh !? I must be having a blonde moment ..... sorry blonde people :P In the track listing it says the name of the song, dash, name of the artist covering it. All That She Wants is written the same way, no (). ie, All That She Wants - Ace Of Bass Crazy For You - Groove Armada Lola - Robbie Williams etc etc etc .....

LA Vale microsite open!
LOL, I reckon it'd be better than the Fiddy/Justin Timberlake collaboration. I'd actually love to see what they can come up with. But Fiddy should be retiring as we speak :( As for the micro site, I think they did a great job with it. It looks great, there's lots of fun info on there, clips, pics etc just hope they keep it well up to date and everything in working order.

The Official New Album Thread
The best release date Rob had, that I absolutely LOVED was Escapology in the US .... April 1, 2003 ...... aka, April Fool's Day  Now that was brilliant and VERY Rob

Robbie to cover The Kinks classic 'Lola'
I've just had a look at the track list and am a bit confuzzled .... All That She Wants is covered by Ace of Base ..... weren't they who sang it originally ?? Can't wait to hear what Razorlight does with Englishman in New York, one of my all time faves and I don't have many from Sting

The Official New Album Thread
I don't think he'll do a whole album as out there as Rudebox but I also don't think he'll go back to the old Robbie either. I think there will be a combo of sounds and styles. I wonder if the songs he worked with Guy on are the ones that new girl singer said she recorded vocals for. It would make sense as Steve Power is her producer. I just hope its not some syrupy shmaltzy type of songs. I want some edginess. I hope we get more collaborations with Jerry Meehan, I loved what they did on Rudebox, I think they make a great writing team. Same for Brandon Christy & Craig Russo. Same for Stephen Duffy. I also hope we don't get any covers or just one atleast. I'm not too keen on covers and I think he topped it on Rudebox.

Robbie & Guy Back For Good
He's worked with a lot of artists, yeah, but he hasn't been successful with them. Rob was - and I think to some extent still is - his meal ticket. I haven't looked at the site, but as its a new section ?? is that right ?? I would imagine he will gradually add artists he's worked with. I guess because Rob is the biggest one he's worked with and one he's known for, is the reason why Rob is there first.

September 2007 News
As I can recall Rob was selling out the venues he played on his US tour back in '99 and it was a hell of a lot larger capacity than 500  I assume this interview was for UK Glamour magazine ?? Does anyone know ?? I just find it odd that he would be talking about British artitsts in a US interview especially Rob as there would be no relevance whatsoever. If he'd be talking about any British artists in the US it would be Lily Allen, Amy Winehouse, James Blunt .... those that are currently en vogue in America. I never liked Jon Bon Jovi to begin with. He always gave a fake vibe ... too much smiling and all the nicey nicey - ness is unhealthy <_< When they started out in the '80s they were good for that time but all they've done is the same thing just changed the song title. I don't see that as being very good artists. And judging by their looks they're still desperately clinging to their youth which is very sad and pathetic at their age

Poor Piers - ' Ouch'....
Awwww he broke only 3 ribs ?? :( ... well I hope he's in lots and lots of pain If only he'd knocked out some of his teeth as well, all would now be perfect

The Official New Album Thread
I completely agree, no swing album and no album this year but February '08 sounds like a weird month to release an album and too early in the year for one imo. I think closer to summer would be better but what do I know

Robbie Williams Videos and Live Performances
Is it the chairy hest   Thanks for putting those clips up Tessat, I haven't seen that interview in ages. When he says he needs IC to be successful and it became his biggest selling album .... that must have been such a validation for him personally. I just wish it was better known publicly how much work he put into it and that its an album that he wrote almost entirely from lyrics to music and played instruments on. Talk about not being given credit where credit is due ... he certainly wasn't given as much as he should have been with that album - press/media wise.

Robbie Williams Videos and Live Performances
I've had Where Egos Dare since it was released. Can't remember where I got it, probably on amazon as I tend to get everything from them. That's one DVD worth having

The Official Site part 2
Thanks Jupiter. I love the chorus to this song. Can't wait to hear Rob sing this one. His voice is perfect for it, if not better :D If all the other songs Rob has ever covered are anything to go by, its safe to say he'll do an amazing job with Lola
