I wouldn't trust any figures from the MRIB - they claimed Cliff Richard's Mistletoe & Wine was the 12th biggest selling record of the 80s with sales of over 1 million.

Sorry if I am being stupid but what is the criteria for this chart? I thought it was just a list of best selling records by females of the 90s but for example I don't see Breathe Again by Toni Braxton or When You Tell Me That You Love Ne by Diana Ross both 300k+ and more than many of those listed. I'm confused.
