Yes, his miming was spot on :rolleyes: I think the single/double will do well actually - especially if the competition isn't strong. I think Shayne has a large singles buying fanbase. The album sales will be more pertinent though.

Why do I find this comment hilarious :D Leona does have potential - the jury is still out at the moment though. What gets me riled is the way her 'success' is being boasted about all over the place before she's even put out any original music :angry: Let's wait and see. As for Will - he has nothing to proove - he's been there and done it! (And even his critics comment on his charisma on stage :) )

I agree Will won't lose his crown, but can you give evidence of the 'hissy fits' on Shayne and Leona threads - I've not noticed them. I gave opinions about Shayne's new songs, which I'm very disappointed about. No way do I see him in competition with Will - they are like chalk and cheese - maybe with Robbie though - but unless he shows more individuality I think Robbie can sleep easily. :)

Yes, of course you are right. He picks the artists with huge fan bases - it makes him unpopular, but it also makes him 'out there' in the public awareness - he's obviously willing to make the trade off :rolleyes:

Yuk - can't stand Louis Walsh - anyone he berates somehow becomes far more credible in my eyes! I would quite like Shayne if he didn't suck up to the eejit so much :puke2: and if he actually showed any sense of having his own musical identity, rather than churning out stuff he's been given to sing. So Gareth is a better performer than Will Young - so the GBP were wrong to vote Will the winner and continue to be wrong in buying his music :wacko: and blatently not buying Gareth's! Robbie and Kylie are superstars - he can't stand it that he doesn't manage them!

Seems Louis W and Simon C are panicing a bit here. Announce a single release and date, put together a video, release to radio stations, book loads of promo interviews etc - THEN - decide it's all not going very well. Damage limitation kicks in - 'I know, let's not release that song after all - we'll call it double A CD - but really, we can see the original song isn't going down well - radio stations aren't playing it. Right - let's try a different track and see how that goes - we'll put the release back a month to prepare.' Wierd - never heard anything like that before :huh: LW is determined for Shayne not to flop - but is he flogging a dead horse? You Decide :P

Depends on radio stations picking it up and playing it. Absolutely loath the song, and am disappointed, TBH :( Anyway, voted top 3, as this is the sort of inane c**p that does well in the singles chart

Anyway, he is apparently - spring/summer 08. No doubt Will will be quaking in his boots with the competition ;) Took a look on the league table thread - curiosity got the better of me, and found a lot of WY fan and forum insults :cry: Still, they believe Simon Fuller will be fully involved in the business side of Ds next album, although D himself has artistic control all to himself so that's OK then :lol: . And they say we are deluded :wacko: . As if Simon Fuller would devote time to promoting an album from Darius :lol: I doubt he gets involved in that way with Will's albums let alone Ds!!!! I paid a visit to the 19 management site, and clicked on artists, and up popped a really nice pic and write up on Will. I clicked on e-mail to see if I could book him, but chickened out :P
