Chris was in a heavy rock band called 'absent element' before going on the show-AI....His wife Deanna is who pushed him into going on the show...when Chris was eliminated at 4th place on the show...Everyone cried fowl!! :angry: No one on there was better then Chris...so there were many angry ppl...still to this day journalists make sure we all know that the last 3 performers havent done anything at all in selling their new albums and Chris going 3x in the US proves he was the best!! -_- RCA signed him up but he stayed with a rock band...no pop music for Chris Daughtry!!
