Presenting trio Myleene Klass, Lauren Laverne and Johnny Pitts have been ditched from the new-look version of CD:UK. The long-running music show - axed by ITV earlier this year - will instead be fronted by MTV's Dave Berry and an as-yet undetermined female sidekick when it relaunches on Five later this year.
