Tbh, I’m not really versed in Ariana’s streaming performance. How did her last album do on Spotify?

Beyoncé back to #1 on Apple Music and nice increase on Spotify today. Ariana will probably take #1 next week but impressive stability from Texas.

Olly is much better than Dizzy. The production lets it down and it’s not catchy enough. Hope the live performance at Eurovision elevates it.

What do we expect Ariana’s streaming numbers to be like next week and could she snatch #1? I think that would be cool if she could.

Texas is literally everywhere so this doesn’t surprise me. I’m seeing that it’s been taken off tiktok so I’ll be interested to see if that changes anything, but I suspect the song has become so huge that it will be able to continue the momentum on its own. Guess we’ll have to wait and see.

There’s a possibility Ariana will get #1 when her album is released, but I think Beyoncé is still looking like a strong #1 for the foreseeable. Her album also comes out on the 29th March so I suspect it will return to the top spot if she loses it. Think Texas is looking at around 5-7 non-consecutive weeks at #1 overall.

Because they’ve had completely different careers and I would say Beyoncé being considered the greatest performer of her gen and selling out stadiums are indicative of that. Although, that’s not to discredit Cher and the longevity she had.
