When we were young is going to be a hit. It's not my favourite but it's an instant classic. It's a good album seller.
  2. I'm not getting this tbh. Her last album is the 4th best selling album of all time in the UK. We don't even know what 25 is going to sell yet. How are you coming to the conclusion that she's bigger everywhere else? Through the single sales? I suppose if the single tracks are not as high on iTunes, that suggests people are buying the whole album? Just a thought.
  3. So she is huge here then! I'd rather an artist be able to sell albums as opposed to 99p singles.
  4. Right?!? I hope they give her at least a chance and let her make another album. She can recover :(
  5. Since when is a song that had the biggest debut week in ages, spent #3 weeks at number 1, and is looking to pass 1 million sales, not a big hit? Bizarre. Adele's success really has made some people lose all perspective with their blinded bitterness.
  6. That's what I got. I thought I couldn't count for a second.
  7. 1.0467 is what I'm getting. Am I going crazy?
  8. It will be number 1 combined in the next update :) It actually is number 1 combined... Have another look.
  9. It's combined #1 on iTunes. You're acting like it's dropped out of the top 10 on iTunes. Stop embarrassing yourself.
  10. Americans tend to celebrate success and raise it even higher, Brits (the press at least) tend to like to see someone 'fall from grace' so to say. Just look at the American reviews of 25 vs. the British reviews. The British reviews are generally ruthless like they were for 21.
  11. It's not new as in no one had heard it. I think Adele is undoubtedly more of an album seller in the UK. If you look at all the other countries around the world, when we were young is generally in the top 5. I can't see WWWY not climbing more though.
  12. She only performed 2 of her new songs (Million Years Ago; When We Were Young) which was disappointing.
  13. 6. Adele - When We Were Young 10. Adele - Hello 26. Adele - Million Years Ago
  14. Her performance of WWWY is going to do wonders for her. I'd be very surprised if WWWY wasn't number 2 on iTunes by tomorrow. That's assuming people tuned in to watch.
  15. I can't get it out of my head!
  16. Aren't most of Adele's sales usually physical?
  17. 8. Adele - When We Were Young When we were young is timeless. It's so beautiful!
  18. 10. Adele - When We Were Young

Can't believe she wasn't going to put 'Million Years Ago' on the album, it's stunning!

The U.K. is a hard one to predict - much harder to predict than America. Just compare the records broken in America with hello compared to the Uk, it's world's apart. I don't think it's going to sell ridiculous numbers here, maybe around 400k if she's lucky. That would be better for the longevity of the album though.
  21. Adele 21 at number 1! Let the domination begin! I a, SO intrigued to see how this era is going to pan out over the next few months!

Janet hasn't ever been a great performer. She can dance, sure, but her stage presence is one of the worst I've ever seen from someone who is often declared as one of the greatest performers ever! Ridiculous.

Isn't it amazing? I didn't expect an album this good!

The album is absolutely incredible! Her reviews up to now range from 'good' to 'incredible'. Some critics are being overly critical which won't come as a surprise to anyone. That was always going to be the case.
