In my personal experience I've seen the willingness to social distance is higher amongst those who live with their parents than those who live on their own. For instance I keep more distance from people and rarely go out to bars to protect my parents, but when I'd live alone the "need" to distance would be a lot lower, if you get what I mean. I also haven't hugged my grandparents since february either

Most cases around Europe are with young people now. We've been gaining nearly 4k cases a week in The Netherlands, bit hospitalisations have actually decreased in the past 2 weeks. That, in combination with more widespread testing compared to March and April, will make the current situation look worse. However of can spiral out of control quite fast if older people become less and less careful. It is guessed that in Belgium, now 1 in 3 cases are confirmed by testing, while in March it could've been as low as 1 in 30.
