I've probably said this a thousand times but the racism in the industry and the GP was her downfall. And I was right all along. You could see it everywhere from the beginning of her career. She was insecure and "weak" on the XFactor but the second she became confident she became a threat and people turned on her big time. Her story aboyt being told she was never truly gonna make it cause of her colour just breaks my heart. I can't imagine how she dealt with that. I woulda quit right away.... The "white music" she is talking about was defo about the 2nd album. She recorded a whole ass R&B infused album, but syco scrapped it and had her record HOH. I understand why she left, but from her story, RCA weren't much better. The media was on her ass all the time as well. They have so much power and the fact that 1 journalist, lets call a pig a pig, Dan Wootton managed to create this whole story about her being a diva, a bitch, and the GP ran with it. Such a problematic story

It sure was a contributing factor amongst other things though. The platteau is there. However I do think the UK was on the right side of the decline when things started loosening etc. You only have to look at the south of the US to see what happens when restrictions are loosened too quickly

But we do not know enough yet to be 100% sure about how this virus spreads in whichever circumstances. Thats why every risk is a scare at the same time. Just look at the recent flare up in Beijing

This graph seems to just look at daily cases right? As a lot of countries that are "nearly there" seem to be doing a lot better than portrayed when you look at deaths and hospitalisatios

Honestly, the protests need to happen. But the way they are happening in certain places is a danger to everyone. They can very easily be held in a safe way, keeping distance, wearing a facemask, like they have been held in various places around the world. This is not a matter of health vs BLM like some of y'all are making it out to be

Around here we've had a first on Amsterdam which was a mess woth social distancing. 5000 people on a small square, it was packed. Other protests on Utrecht, Groningen and Antwerpen have been great with social distancing :clap:
