  1. From mid-January, I began to lose weight on a calorie deficit. I don't have a weight problem- my weight was in the upper limit of the norm, and I wanted to weigh a little in order to like myself more, and so that it would not harm my health. I made a calorie deficit (I eat 1600 daily) and the result is - I lost almost 8 lbs! In addition to nutrition, I have adjusted my physical activity - I go to weight training at the gym twice a week and once a week I do cardio training - I usually run on a treadmill, but I think that soon it will be time to get my road bicycle and ride it. My workouts in the gym are aimed at general strengthening of the body, because I have certain back problems. I hope I will soon become stronger and feel better! p.s I do all my workouts under the guidance of a coach!
