Aahh I get it Steps stays on top for 3 weeks, then is knocked off by the Offspring, who the following week is knocked off by Armand Van Helden who stays on top for 3 weeks as well, before beaten by Britney. My suggestion is that B*Witched gets downgraded again with Blame It on the Weatherman.
