omg they’re making a UK version as well, hosted by Claudia Winkleman also filming in the Scottish Highlands. The show is essentially Mafia which is iconic - Buzzjack did it first!!1! They won’t match Pting Mafia
  2. Stupid Love was the perfect first single imo, solid carefree pop song that’s easily made for radio but still quite quintessentially Gaga. It’s also more of an easing into the Chromatica sound, I think Alice risks being a bit too much too soon as a first single following Shallow etc.
  3. At the moment, I'm probably the same as Dandy*. I need more listens and time to judge where Dance Fever sits among the rest but I can certainly see it come above Ceremonials and, honestly, maybe even higher. I was quite averse to High as Hope when it was first released but it really hit me over the past year or so, 100 Years in particular. Hunger is amongst her best as well.

The finale of s4 is confirmed to be 2.5 hours long 7 episodes are being released next Friday, with the seventh episode being over 90 minutes. Then the final two episodes are released on 1 July with episode 8 being 90 minutes and episode 9 being 2.5 hours.
  5. I like it more than I was expecting from when she released those three snippets, and it’s certainly better than the nothingy Good Luck, but I think I’d prefer a solo version. It’s nice that 24kGoldn is all over the song rather than it appearing to be substituted in at the last minute but I’m not really a fan and it’s almost as though it’s his song with a Mabel feature.
  6. Why is Space Man back up to 99p

Rachel Talalay has confirmed she’s directing the 60th anniversary ~thing~ that’s currently being filmed. She directed all the Capaldi finales and regeneration episode, including Heaven Sent. Great to have something return from the Moffat era for a change

Also reminder that anything that’s only confirmed by set photos/leaks should be in spoiler tags

This is what I foresaw as the issue with the 60th special being the first episode of a new era. If you’re doing a special anniversary, it’s essentially a celebration of the show and so there’s clash of interests by introducing a new Doctor at the same time. I don’t think you can do both justice and so I understand why they’d leave launching Ncuti for the actual series.
  10. He needs to do all the promo possible over the next couple of weeks in the hope of stabilising Space Man, in the hope it becomes a genuine hit. I think October is sensible for an album if you’re hoping for an actual long term career as it allows for another single to be pushed. No guarantees as to the response for the second single but releasing an album now risks cementing yourself as a one hit wonder.

omg I think some more news is incoming!!! 🫠 @1525876167118667776 The blue square is now a diamond 🤔 Also RTD commented stating ‘they’re back’ - the symbols or actors???
  14. Yes, it gives them more of a chance to produce a coherent story given how many characters and villains/monsters they’ll be as well as saying goodbye to Jodie, Yaz and Dan. I still don’t hold my breath though  I’ve at least prepared myself that we won’t be getting much development on the Timeless Child storyline given Chibnall’s comments in the Doctor Who Magazine.
  15. THIS IS AMAZING :cheeseblock:
  16. I feel like the hosts are very representative of what the UK would be like if we ever got another chance to host
  17. Am I the only one who prefers Semi 1 to Semi 2 oops
  18. Erm what happened here? People voted for the wrong MK song!
  19. That was a disastrous start as I thought Switzerland and Iceland were absolute non-starters but managed to get 8/10 of my favourites through in the end! I was chanting for Moldova and Netherlands at the end  Especially thrilled for Lithuania who was one of my biggest favourites but thought it might have been more borderline.
  20. Albania 5/10 Latvia 7/10 Lithuania 10/10 Switzerland 3/10 Slovenia 5/10 Ukraine 10/10 Bulgaria 3/10 Netherlands 10/10 Moldova 11/10 Portugal 8/10 Croatia 6/10 Denmark 8/10 Austria 4/10 Iceland 5/10 Greece 9/10 Norway 7/10 Armenia 10/10 Need these through: Latvia Lithuania Ukraine Netherlands Moldova Portugal Denmark Greece Norway Armenia

My bet was on T’Nia Miller which I’d have LOVED but there’s still opportunity for her to be Fifteen :kink: I’m really excited to see his take on it, as it feels he’s going to bring something new to the role. I can’t fully picture it yet, which kinda makes it more exciting, and I really trust RTD as people were saying similar things about Christopher Eccleston. I’m just about recovering from this coming out of NOWHERE, lots of suggestions that it was meant to be revealed at the BAFTAs tonight where both Ncuti and RTD are nominated. There feels a lot of buzz already though, Sex Education is huge and so I’m hoping it helps the show become a larger part of pop culture again. It’s going to be a long wait to November 23…!! Aside from the Fugitive Doctor *.*

Absolutely love this show, howling with laughter in every episode! Orla and her mum are my absolute favourites. They’ve just announced an extra feature-length episode focusing on the Good Friday Agreement. Definitely seems a natural end for the show and I’m really excited given how they’ve handled the political issues throughout.
