  1. A very worthy winner, and an excellent Top 3! Great job here Kath, love the presentation!

Is Ken Bruce ever on Radio 2 now? It seems Scott is always double shifting these days.
  3. Yes please

End of a daytime TV gameshow era as Richard Osman steps down from Pointless (aside from the Celebrity editions) to focus on writing. He’ll be replaced by a series of guest hosts. I’m not surprised at this given how massive his books have become and I was wondering how he managed to fit it all in alongside House of Games and other projects!

I’m excited to actually watch this as it goes out for the first time! My understanding is that the casting for this season features more non-US players too which could be interesting.
  6. The first half of that preview sounds incredible but I was underwhelmed by the chorus which feels a bit kids/wedding party. Sounds like it could be a smash though.

The ironic thing is you can’t get TV that is anymore British than Channel 4, for better or worse! It’s the most representative of all areas of the country and the exact thing that the Gov should be promoting rather than allowing it to be watered down.

@1511038014037938178 This would be an awful outcome if so. Channel 4’s not for profit setup has allowed it to take the lead in diverse programming and to take risks that other mainstream broadcasters may not be able to. I mean it takes that in some interesting directions sometimes but, as a whole, the channel regularly punches above its weight.

I wasn’t too fussed about Tynesha leaving other than Summer & Betty losing an ally. I’m not fussed about Jess leaving either but out of the three left, I’d have much rather it was between Gino and Jacey-Lynne with JL leaving. She doesn’t bring anything to the table at all. Keen to see Marty leave as soon as possible, his targets all seem to share a common denominator ~~ Jury starting next week means an 8 person jury unless there’s another double? If not, I guess Canada gets to have a vote? They haven’t done it since they first announced it  Surely there’s more to come with the doors, and it wasn’t just for a HOH comp and Kevin to win £500.
  12. Biggest session ever tonight for horsey shenanigans at 7pm x @1509685149092384782
  13. omg not Sunrise in the East!!!
  14. Don’t be taking out Losing and Sunrise in the East this early :frankie:
  15. I think, as long as it’s done properly and spin-offs etc have a clear purpose, the Marvel approach is absolutely the right way to go but I also dislike that it’s seen as though it’s trying to emulate that when that’s what that first RTD era was doing anyway. It wasn’t the first TV show to have spin-offs but you had the crossover of characters and the shows essentially combined in The Stolen Earth/Journey’s End. Avengers WHO? I’d very be surprised if Hugh is the proper 14th Doctor (which at this stage I’m not even sure if we’re getting ) but maybe some sort of pre-Hartnell Doctor with a spin-off or like an episode in a What If? series. I mean he has already played an alternate Doctor in The Curse of the Fatal Death

Again, this week showing that messy players make a far more entertaining season <3 I would have loved to have seen Betty get the HOH though, from coming last in every comp to having all the power. I’m so confused about Kevin too, part of me thinks he is the person he keeps saying is an act. That whole conversation with Betty was so odd. ‘Keep acting like you hate me’ ‘I do hate you’
  17. 01. A-Yo 02. Million Reasons -Album Release- 03. John Wayne I’m not saying A-Yo would have done much better as a lead single but it feels more radio friendly and a better introduction for the theme of the era. It might have made people appreciate more what she was doing rather than the very in your face Perfect Illusion. A proper push for Million Reasons would be better to sell the album and then John Wayne is a bit more classic Gaga.

Burning Bridges still remains my favourite so far (if Head on Fire doesn’t count!) as it’s an absolute monster of a pop song. It’s nice to have something a bit ‘tamer’ with ‘It Gets Dark’ though, a nice slight change in style. Really looking forward to the album!
  19. Absolutely love it, feels a fresh new commercial sound for her but still very much Florence! So hyped for the album now, it’s sounding incredible!! my weave
  20. Children of the Universe is still my favourite UK entry, although the performance did sadly fall a bit flat on the night with one of the worst stagings we’ve ever had. One of the very few times I’ve thrown all my weight behind our entry
  21. Looks like he’s a Sky Man rather than a Space Man
  22. Excuse me, you said Heaven is Here was the lead single which I always DENIED :frankie:
  23. My Love coming out tomorrow *.* So this should be the lead :cheer:
  24. Dance Fever is coming :cheeseblock: 🕺🏻 💃🏻 Love the album cover <3
  25. She just says its the first song she wrote in lockdown, I don’t see anything which says its status as a single
