  2. omg that husband in the that second skit with the cisgender hetrosexual white male definitely sneaks off to enjoy some male company and is too tired for his wife

I also stan that art woman

The gun segment was one part hilarious, one part truly terrifying which basically does sum up the state of America. Lol at talking about fake news and then reading about kid’s Blink 182s and Cardi Bs - again just summarises the whole fake news thing

  3. Wow, very impressed by some of those shots - felt movie like!!

I think that’s finally the right level of promo that is needed right now - build excitement by having something more substantial but still keeping cards to the chest at this earlier stage.

I cannot wait for the full blown monsters trailer! Seems like they’re wanting to focus on new monsters which I think will be a good thing as it’s been a looooong time since we’ve had a good strong and rememberable new monster. The Zygons are the only recent one I can think of and they were created in the 1970s!! The

    Daleks

have apparently yet to appear with two weeks left for filming on the Xmas special.

  4. They were definitely desperate to get Robbie then! He must have only said he would accept if they got Ayda a role. Who knows, Ayda might be entertaining but... that’s the problem - who does know?? She is literally a nobody - you may as well gamble on a member of public.

Then there’s Louis, whose success has essentially come by being lucky - that audition is awful!

It’s a shame cos Robbie is an amazing signing, you could have had the ultimate panel with two other qualified judges.

Following Ali G, Borat and Bruno, Sacha Baron Cohen is back to satire the current mess of America. He goes undercover as various characters with unsuspecting guests such as Bernie Sanders & Sarah Palin

It’s of course already gathering controversy!!

    Airs on Channel 4

  6. I was hoping for something longer tbh, but the SDCC panel is Thursday, so I think we will get a proper trailer then.

They normally just make it exclusive for Comic Con though don’t they? :(

They need to reveal something substantial soon, not a full length trailer or anything as it is still a long way off but something more substantial then just a random clip of the each cast member. I’d rather have a fully blown official promo image than that teaser trailer, feels like a waste of an epic promo spot

  7. The only problem is that the recent Celebrity Big Brother is as ‘back to basics’ as they’re going to go and it basically tanked in the ratings despite a positve buzz from the press and the audience. Saying that though, back to basics definitely works better for the civillian format. They seem have actually auditioned a lot more than recent years which gives me hope for this year.

Considering how well Love Island has done, you would think they would want to invest more in civillian Big Brother. It’s most certainly cheaper anyway because you don’t have to pay extortionate fees for the housemates! But no, unfortunately it’s an afterthought and we ridiculously get two CBBs!

If I wasn’t a fan, I’d probably have been cheering for the axe years ago :kink: It probably is a show that will have a revival once it eventually has gone. It’s lasted too long not to!

  8. Matt Smith is finally getting a nomination for The Crown when he's normally snubbed whilst everyone else is nominated!

where the f*** is Bojack Horseman for Animated Program. The Simpsons wishes it reached the depth that Season 4 of BH did in its more recent series.

Very happy for all the Black Mirror noms, although maybe the Letitia Wright one feels more like its there because of the Black Panther success.

wish The Good Place could have got more recognition than it's Ted Danson nod.

exciting for the Killing Eve noms considering its on BBC America, Sandra Oh is apparently the first Asian-American person to be nominated for that category (or maybe for both Lead Actor/Actress)! Very good considering she has spoken about her disappointment at a lack of roles after leaving her very high-profile role at Grey's. Has me exciting to watch the show
