renewed for a third and final season to adapt the final book :cheeseblock: apparently the original hope was to adapt it in two series but i’ll take it over an unfinished series! There was also going to be a Lord Asriel focused episode this series but they started filming on like the day before lockdown so plans had to be abandoned :( Having not read the books, the finale was v emotional but sets up a very intriguing next season.

Not really seen much of this series but still delighted for Bill. He really does sum up what the show is about! No I totally agree, that was my immediate thought when I saw the parings! This is what sets Oti out from most of the other professionals though, she puts in the work with her partner no matter what whereas others would have just played the joke act angle (*cough* Anton *cough*). She’s such a talent, two Strictly and two The Greatest Dancer wins under her belt!!

Aargh gutted for as they made me laugh the most!! Think was robbed in a few tasks throughout the series too and should have been up there. Really enjoyable series overall, loads of parts made me absolutely howl - particularly hippogate and the watermelon task! I wasn’t expecting Katherine to be so bad either! It’s the funniest entertainment show on TV for me. Although I do have to say the prize tasks were appallingly bad overall. Series 11 confirmed as well as the cast announced: @1339693101405782017 Probably contains the least amount that I’ve heard of beforehand, I’m only aware of Lee Mack and Charlotte Richie!! Guess it shows Channel 4 isn’t putting pressure on them e.g attract big names. I wasn’t aware of Mawaan before this series but he became a real favourite so names isn’t everything! Champion of Champions 2 has also been announced with the winners of 6-10! If you see every household as its own bubble though, the idea in theory is that you’re “controlling” the spread as naturally again, in theory, it should be limited to within that larger bubble. If you referred to it by number of persons, there’s a more increased change of spreading it as 5 people could be in one household and they each all go to a different house and could, in theory spread it to those 5 different households rather than one. The easy answer is to continue the ban on mixing but there’s no way that’s feasible and I’d hate for it to happen. It wouldn’t surprise me though if they announce it two days before do that the majority of the shopping is all done. It just feels like constantly getting punished for continuing to put your life on hold.

I’d rather it be a battle between two proper singles but I can’t see the Christmas #1 being anything other than a charity single battle anymore. I’ll root for the NHS choir this time round to hopefully prevent another LadBaby single next year.

It’s the best thing for her but I really do feel for her that it’s had to come to this point where she’s had to leave something that was ultimately her dream and one where’s she played a massive role in making it such a huge success. There’s even so many comments now where people are just thriving on the trolling or are just being plain ignorant. There’s no way you can avoid that when you know it can affect you so much. It’s tough to envisage them as a three piece (despite the recent promo) as they’ve always felt like a group where the success has come equally between the four. It feels like an imbalance if you remove any of them whereas say Fifth Harmony, even though they lost their biggest star, they still felt a natural group together.
