Yes ! I must admit that I love every song on American Life, and that's rare. Even with MDNA, which is an album in my top 3, I switch a few songs ("I f***ed up", "Some girls"...). "Nobody Knows Me", "Intervention", "Mother and Father", "Nothing Fails"... American Life is a masterpiece. Musically, vocally and spiritually. It's kind of sad that a lot of people stopped on the song "American life" because of its political content, and boycotted the whole album. Well, at least, the Americans began to hate Bush 4 years after Madonna which means she was right, even if they won't admit it :angel:

I kind of agree with him on "she would have made a record like Ray of Light", but MDNA is still a great album. Madonna said that she wanted to make people dance and smile, that's what she did. Don't forget there was the Superbowl show and the following tour : nobody can make the superbowl with love songs or spiritual songs... I hope her next album will be as good as American Life or Ray of Light, with deep songs and no sexual controversy. And we will all laugh at the morons who said she was over, a stripper or that she has no talent. Let's wait for the next reinvention of the Queen of Pop :)

After the french show of yesterday night, there is a huge controversy about Marine Le Pen (a french far right leader) suing Madonna after the video interlude of Nobody Knows Me (depicting her with a Swastika). Madonna is still the queen of controversy :lol:

I don't understand, why is there a release of the single August the 5th while the songs of MDNA (including TUTR) are already available on itunes?

Celebration Deluxe I know that the two german shows were in small arenas but for me, the "tour effet" in general is produced by the media coverage of the shows (people learn about the shows and the new album, remember why she is famous, and hear some music, that's why they buy the albums) more than by the purchases of the people attending to the shows (I think a lot of them have already bought the album). Well, that's my theory about the "tour effect" on charts, I may be wrong :P
