Will we ever get Mollie King's debut album?
I've voted No, because that's the most realistic opinion. I do think, however, that she might try to release a third single whether on a one-off deal with some sort of management company/sub-label, or independently. Can't see anything more sadly.

Mollie King - Strictly: THE RATE
The Charleston could have been a bigger moment for her with less lifts.

Mollie King
So she changed her location on Twitter from "Island Records" to "Fascination Management", so it's not unreasonable to assume she's been dropped. I wouldn't expect any music anytime soon. The whole Radio 1 affair sounds like a rebranding kinda move (as a radio, possibly TV, figure), rather than her trying to create a better relationship with Radio 1 for her future releases. Still think she seems very motivated by the whole pop music idea, and we know she's been writing and recording a lot of music throughout the last months rather than just sitting on her bum, so I think she might try and look for someone that may give her another go at it, but yeah otherwise I wouldn't expect anything more at this point.

Mollie King - Strictly: THE RATE
05 Jive to "Good Golly, Miss Molly" 06 Tango to "Addicted to Love" 09 American Smooth to"Climb Ev'ry Mountain" 08 Salsa to "Subeme La Radio" 10 Viennese Waltz to "Anyone Who Had A Heart" 07 Cha-Cha-Cha to "Better the Devil You Know" 09 Foxtrot to "Call Me Irresponsible" 06 Paso Doble to "Layla" 08 Charleston to "Wings" 10 Quickstep to "Umbrella" 09 Rumba to "Hopelessly Devoted To You" 04 Samba to "Whenever, Wherever" 10 Waltz to "Angel" I mean that Samba was awful for about a full minute at least. Otherwise, I don't know really know where I stand for some of the others. For example, I think the 'Tango' has a lot of replay value, and I love her lunge (although it was illegal), but it's very much "Week 2", if that makes sense? I say this because I enjoy it a lot more than I enjoy, say her Cha Cha Cha, but the later was at least more polished and more decent technically, even if I found it incredibly boring.

Mollie King - Strictly Come Dancing Discussion
Mollie is the only one from the final 8 to not have been invited to do the tour (run by Craig). How surprising, Craig. The tour runs for like 3 weeks from mid January to early February, and it's really not uncommon for celebrities to leave out a date or two due to other endorsements/gigs (Ed Balls springs to mind last year). So basically anyone thinking Mollie won't be avalaible because she will be promoting her music...is...well a bit ridiculous. She will have a GAY performance and a Radio 1 interview at best, so this idea that she's missing out on the tour because of her oh-so-busy-promoting schedule just doesn't ring true to me. She's been liking quite a lot of tweets of people being shocked/mad she's not doing the tour, so I think she might be affected a little bit by it?

gpJZce-3EBM She was awful  , but I guess it fits the "Week 1" standard when they don't know much about dancing and they are a bit shit (well except Frankie who started high right away). She was the lowest scoring celebrity of that year/special. The SCD Christmas special is supposed to be "light" and full of fun, no harsh criticisms, and all that, so usually celebrities all score like 36+ (a lot of them, in fact, score 40). Peope that score around the 30 mark like Rochelle are usually the comedians, like Russell Grant for example. :kink: I would love to see Rochelle do it, but I can't see her do it until at least 3 years, to have a bit of gap between her and Mollie.

Mollie King - Strictly Come Dancing Discussion
I thought so too. It was weird, though. All night, I thought both Mollie's Waltz and Gemma's Tango had been undermarked...But for a little while yesterday I almost wondered if Gemma's 32 was made on purpose so they could save Mollie (it was weird, Gemma came after Mollie on the running order. If they judged it was better than Mollie's Waltz, they could have marked it as such). Clearly not, considering they all saved Gemma in the end, but it's weird these two didn't get higher than four 8s when they both deserved to get more. I suppose the producers were really trying to get Joe, Alexandra and Debbie to the finals, the 4th place was irrelevant. Either way, I thought Mollie was extremely gracious in defeat. First thing she said when asked questions was to congratulate Gemma, and the rest of the contestants. Such manners. Mollie truly is a classy lady. So so so so proud of her. :cheer:

First person in the bottom 2 announced. EDIT : Ah damn it, haha.- Mollie King - Strictly Come Dancing Discussion
So stressful waiting for the spoilers. Realistically, she will be bottom 2 against one of the two better girls (Alex/Debbie) and lose, and you know, it's true she has come so far since the start and she should be proud and all of that..................But it's just...We're so close to the finals. It's so frustrating. :kink:- Mollie King - Strictly Come Dancing Discussion

Mollie could correct the mistake she did in the Waltz and get higher than 8s during the bottom-2 against Gemma and win...But like... Do the producers really think Gemma will fall in the bottom 2? ... She won't. I have to say, though... I'm f***ing DONE with Mollie. She literally f***ED UP every single chance she had to have a higher score with her Ballroom week after week. She did a tumble in BOTH the Foxtrot and the Waltz, she missed her heel slide in the Quickstep... Like... Girl, bye.- Mollie King - Strictly Come Dancing Discussion
So the Samba didn't go well - Mollie King - Strictly Come Dancing Discussion
Gemma has a Tango (and the Rumba) Mollie has the Waltz! :P It's gonna be a tough one this weekend, as I think Gemma (who have HUGE support, don't underestimate her) can only fall into the bottom 2 if the leaderboard looks like this : 1. Alexandra 2. Debbie 3. Joe 4. Mollie 5. Gemma That is because, imo, the voting goes like this : 5. Joe 4. Gemma 3. Mollie 2. Debbie 1. Alexandra (Hell, Mollie might not be doing this well, she could switch place with Debbie, but she's 100% getting more votes than Alexandra) Alexandra gets 6 points, Debbie 6 points, Joe 8 points, Gemma 5 points, Mollie 4 points. Even then, Mollie needs to make sure she can beat Gemma in a bottom 2. Could be tough. If Gemma ends up at 4th on the leaderboard instead of 5th, her huge support with the public will be enough to make her go to the finals as she will most likely get a similar amount of points to either Alexandra or Debbie, but because she's higher than them on public support, it's one the other two that will go to the bottom 2 instead of her. Mollie at this point is a shoe-in for the bottom 2, unless if she's somehow miraculously topping the votes - which despite my love for her, is very very very doubtful.- Mollie King - Strictly Come Dancing Discussion
It was actually Tuesday's footage of the Samba. Pretty good imo, with that in mind.- Mollie King - Strictly Come Dancing Discussion
Also... Fun fact : a SCD executive has apparently told Mollie and AJ that they have broken the record for the most amount of time spent in training. :o I know some people will use it as a dig to her ("Well, if she trains so hard, she should be much better than she is at the moment"), but I don't think she gets half the credit she deserves. -_- She's really taking this seriously and working extremely hard to get better, and yeah, training this hard has yet to put her even close to Alexandra's level, but I can definitely notice so much improvement from her. This amount of dedication and work ethic is really commandable in my opinion.- Mollie King - Strictly Come Dancing Discussion
They showed Monday's footage of the Waltz, it looked awful lmao, but I think she had just learned the routine like 1 hour ago. They showed today's footage of the Samba and...it looked good to me? :o But I only had a quick look, I need to watch it back.- Vanessa White - I’m A Celebrity Get Me Outta Here Discussion
But she had no airtime specifically because she was boring and said (or did) nothing funny, dramatic, etc., that the producers could use as footage. It's not like the producers were trying to get rid of her. She sort of faded into the background, it's just natural that they wouldn't show her off, otherwise it would have made for a boring show. :/ I think she's too shy and reserved for these kind of reality shows. She was always pushed to the background during interviews with the group because the girls had more outgoing personalities than her, so they would always take the lead while she would fade into the background. It was just meant to happen.- Mollie King - Strictly Come Dancing Discussion
Her song choices are legit AMAZING. 'Angel' is a beautiful song, perfect for the Waltz. It could be gorgeous. I can see them ending in a fake snog to get the rumors starting again. 'Whenever, Wherever' is obviously a bop, and has the perfect feel for the Samba, but I'm still scared because it's the Samba  I truly hope she's working on her balance...- Mollie King - Strictly Come Dancing Discussion
I'm not 100% sure on this, so don't @ me , but I think Samba is (rightfully) the most skipped dance in Strictly, and I sure as hell get why. But yeah everyone in the competition, but Mollie, has done one. So I suppose it was her time.- Mollie King - Strictly Come Dancing Discussion
It was very obvious (I was just in denial, hoping for an AT lmao), but Mollie confirmed her second dance is indeed the Samba. Also said that it's "mindblowingly hard" which is exactly what I expected. :/- Mollie King - Strictly Come Dancing Discussion
I think it's a bit of a shame that Rochelle has completely missed out on supporting Mollie on Strictly ever since that stunt in Week 4 where she basically said "Nah, actually Marvin and I support Ruth trollolol!!", yet she's going through so many lengths to support Vanessa on I'm A Celeb. Like I understand that Vanessa might need it more, but I find it sad. Frankie is doing a decent job at supporting both, Una as well more or less. - Mollie King - Strictly Come Dancing Discussion
