  1. I don't get it either.
  2. Hurricane posted a post in a topic in Pop and Country
Mollie's verse in this slays their entire discography.
  3. I understand the logic that "They just had their biggiest hit ever, it was the perfect time to build on that with another easy and obvious hit, not the time to experiment", I really do get that...but the thing is...when is the right time then to experiment, then? Is it really a great idea, after a few flops, to experiment with something different when your careers are on the line? Wouldn't that be the perfect time as well to release an obvious and easy hit, something that would get played on radios and would definitely get them a hit and then put them back on track? I just genuinely don't see when would be the "right" time to release something like 'Gentleman'. Maybe there just isn't. Afterall, it is a gamble. The interesting with 'Gentleman' was that, despite the fact it was hated by most of the fans, it was pretty much the first time the people that would always came for them were saying "... Well, that has personality. That's a nice change from them. Remind me of "[insert Great Girlgroup here]". Clearly, that didn't extend to the general public for some reason, but it was still really intriguing...
  4. Somebody Else's Life, duh.
  5. There's an exception to every rule.
  6. You also lack taste, so...
  7. He's just asking for it, isn't he?
  8. It's just that....physicals hold little to no value these days when everything is electronic and you can easily change artwork on iTunes  Like Tim said, it's just something no one should be worried about. You can hope for good artworks, sure, but to be worried they are going to be shit just doesn't feel necessary.... Now, the live performances, I could understand the worries. -_- It would be a shame if she goes full on playback/pre-recorded vocals when literally no one these days do that (except Britney), but at the same time, people are going to come for her at the very little slightly off-key live vocal so it's a tough decision....
  9. Turn Myself In's new peak
  10. Oh my god, they have confused her with another songwriter also called Mollie King....that sings like GOTH MUSIC, lmao!   These ARE NOT song titles for her. The ones we know of are : 'Cross The Line', 'Reckless Heart' and 'Now'.
  11. translated : there isn't enough Rochelle, i'm bitter (love u  )

  13. 'Not That Kinda Girl' is the only good answer.
  14. It did! Although I'm still not sure what was happening in the snap lmao.
  15. I never intended on being shady, Jesus Christ, guys  In fact, I'm actually the one that got confused! Lmao, I can't with ya'll.
  16. Interestingly enough, The Saturdays mailer got changed from "This is a message from The Saturdays and Polydor Records" to "This message is from The Saturdays and Island Records" (someone on Popjustice received a Birthday message).
  17. I haven't followed any of UK releases since The Sarurdays hiatus... Do UK acts finally release OA/OS?
  18. It's not being released at the end of April, but premiered (Tim got a little bit confused, I believe). Meaning there isn't a specific date and probably won't be until very late April anyway because it's rare these premieres get booked early. THAT BEING SAID, considering the single's radio premiere is in less than a month, I believe we will definitely get information within the next four weeks.
  19. Well, I'm guessing if it's being released worldwide (thus not just in Ireland), then I can understand why she isn't rushing things to promote it on The Voice. Either way, it's a bit stupid because it's not like she was going to make waves solo-wise outside Ireland and possibly the UK, but whatever...
  20. The Stepping Out performance truly is one of their best actually, isn't it? I've just realised they are all in synch with eachother throughout the whole thing...Hell even with their dancers! Which is a feat considering how shitty they can be when it comes to that.
  21. Well, it makes sense. The whole "Yeah something is going to happen this year" made no sense considering Mollie, Una and Vanessa's solo ventures.
  22. You know what? I'm excited. We could possibly get 2-3 decent ballads out of it because that's been one of her strenght and if she decides to venture more in the pop side (than the folk-country one) on 1-2 tracks, we could get a decent bop as well. Slay me, Una.
  23. Ready for it to Get me get me with my eyes wide open
  24. Yes! Even just the first week sales (although the promo was good, so that explains a bit of that). At that time I didn't really get it, but now it's obvious to me the public just thought The Saturdays weren't talented enough (or worse, that they were shit) and didn't want to throw money at a full album from them, but definitely didn't mind buying a song everynow and then when the girls got it right. Which Disco Love happened to be. So had they been top 10 on the airplay charts for like 2-3 weeks, I honestly think 'Disco Love' would have easily sold already about 250k, potentially more. The album still would have flopped horribly on its arse because of the reasons mentionned above, but yeah the single could have done so much more.
