  1. Did you watch it? Rochelle was there.
  2. Such a huge improvement from last week. I think Ballroom is definitely going to be her strenght. iLgzVWVqIR4 Craig's 4 is ridiculous, even for an illegal lift.
  3. Not if you guys don't talk x
  4. Ya'll don't let me talk alone. Here's her little stunt on ITT, she was hilarious, loveable and quite self-depreciative imo. gzrX_HLdUyw?t=560
  5. Mollie will be dancing the tango. it’s more in hold, so maybe she could be better there?
  6. I voted 'Higher'. It's still as amazing as ever, but I feel like it hasn't aged as well as the others. There's something so sassy about 'Ego' that always gets me going anytime I listen to it, so I'm gonna vote for 'Higher' before that one.
  7. I don't know if you guys prefer to talk about Youtube Strictly views here, or in the Strictly thread, but... 24hours after the live show, these were the views of each performance on the official YouTube channel. (They all have more views at the moment at this was taken a few hours earlier, as I said) Mollie is fairly popular there, but it's weird because it's almos totally the opposite on Twitter, or worse on Facebook. So it's hard to say whether or not she has a decent fanbase.
  8. Yeah, I was talking about Craig's score anyway. That 4 should have been a 5 based on the scores he gave to other contestants, but one could argue the same about Shirley's 7, so that's that.

I'm surprised Alexandra was scored so low (although I do agree that her posture, arms and hands weren't outstanding, but still, too low), but if anything, it's actually a blessing for her. She's gonna come out on top on the later weeks and have this whole "journey" story to her, whereas someone like Aston will have the "peaked too early" storyline. Surprised Davood was scored so high? It's crazy how much eye-candy can take you far sometimes. Close to none hip action, barely no other Cha Cha content from him, despite what they said. I don't even think I would give it a 23, let alone 27... Joe's Jive was maybe just so slightly overscored? Like 28 or 27, more like it. But still very enjoyable, so I don't mind that he scored so high. Mollie's score feels more or less right, but a 4 don't seem right. A 5 would have made more sense. Her arms were definitely all over the top, so I agree with that, but I thought her legs were better than I expected. I understand the attack criticism, but it really wasn't that bad on that side. Debbie was amazing, probably the dance of the night for me! Maybe I'm biased because of her age, but wow. She killed it, didn't she?! Charlotte was a bit better than I expected? I can see potential as well, but the score was definitely right.
  11. Okay, so I've watched her first dance. I'm still hesitating whether I go for #4 or #5-6. One thing for sure, I really can't see her winning it at all, but I'm still a bit unsure about my assessment of the contestants. It also depends on the votes, I can definitely see a few of the contenders getting less votes than her, and being eliminated in a shock bottom 2, so she could rank up higher with that in mind.
  12. I thought she did decently. Great legs, actually, much better than I expected it. But the judges were right, her arms were all over the top. It's weird because by the "First steps" video they did on her, she was asking questions about "what her arms, hands, fingers should be doing", so I thought she would have a bit more control on that. Two 4s was underscored, though. Two 5s would have been more like it, but then you could argue that the 7 might have been a bit slightly too high as well I guess. First out is ...erm, ridiculous, but unless she truly gets better each week and doesn't stale, I really can't see her winning it at all.

'Back to You' felt like a proper moment, so my vote is for that one. 'Stay My Love' was decent, but it's just not my cup of tea at all, so it's hard for me to really enjoy it.

It's nice that you're all still here, though! It reminds me of the old times :drama:
  15. Mollie has always been quite a bit stiff, but it's hard to know whether she is lacking true dancing talent, or if she (and the other girls) were just extremely and utterly lazy. Strictly is incredibly tough. If your current "job" allows it, it's a 9 to 5 training everyday, on weekends too sometimes with the random day off here and there. I don't even think The Saturdays did that much rehearsing, even for their tours!! What I'm saying is that, I think we could see more than expected from Mollie because she will definitely be pushed in a way that she clearly wasn't in the group. So it will be interesting to see if there's actually potential, if she can get rid of the woodiness by actually rehearsing a routine to the death, in a way that she never did in the group. But I can't say anything until I see at least her first dance, as well as the rest of the contestants. (I can already picture Aston being a bit poor in Ballroom, and the judges being a bit unfair to him during his Latin numbers, accusing him of having more "show-y" moves than proper Latin dance content. On the other hand, I think Alexandra will excel at Ballroom and Latin right from the start and will be the contender for the top place right from week one, but usually celebrities that peak too early don't tend to win. Hell, look what happen with Frankie and Pixie during their series! )

It's just hard to jungle between all those music forums. However, seems like this sub has been active enough. I really thought it would have been deserted, if I'm honest... Glad to see the same familar faces

God, I feel like I haven't been here for ages. :heehee: Well, as one would expect of me, I love it.
  18. Clips of 'Good Girl' (x) (x) (x)
  19. She sang 'Back To You' as well as a new song from her. That's it. Her hair looked like a mess if I'm honest.
  20. I am not sure that's something we can believe anymore as it was brought up by the same person who said she had actually managed to snatch a Max Martin single. It would make sense in 2016, though, that's for sure.
  21. You guys are reaching so far.
  22. I've never heard of them. Their singles have been flops, but they did have a #1 album in the UK about a month ago, and they were apparently the first UK Country Act to hit the top spot. So, I guess they definitely have an audience that buys albums. That's always good for Una. I suppose she will premiere a few other albumtracks too as I can't really see her doing only 'Stay My Love' and 'Staring At The Moon'.
  23. Meh... :(
  24. Shhhhhh.
  25. Honestly, it shows the potential of the song. Get it some airplay and the deal's done.
