I for one would probably buy this if not for the ridiculous price - £8.99 for 9 tracks? Seriously? It's only worth not buying the tracks separately if you like all of them, and even then you'd save 8p if you did! Obviously it'll go down eventually, but I see them losing a good few sales.

Seems a bit early to be ranking these yet, no? Still: Excellent 01 Clean Bandit feat. Jess Glynne - Rather Be (the best for me by far) Very good 02 Mr. Probz - Waves 03 Kiesza - Hideaway (can't decide if I like this or Waves better) 04 Route 94 feat. Jess Glynne - My Love Good 05 Pharrell Williams - Happy (I'm glad we got another million seller that I do believe deserves it, but it's getting boring now) 06 Calvin Harris - Summer 07 Duke Dumont feat. Jax Jones - I Got U Average 08 5 Seconds of Summer - She Looks So Perfect (I must say this has grown on me, don't mind it at all) 09 Aloe Blacc - The Man 10 Sigma - Nobody To Love 11 Sam Smith - Money On My Mind Terrible 12 DVBBS & Borgeous feat. Tinie Tempah - Tsunami (Haven't heard the rap version but I'd guess it's better - still not something I'd ever listen to) 13 Pitbull feat. Ke$ha - Timber (I know a lot of people like it but sorry, this is absolutely awful - Pitbull is so bad and his raps are exactly the same in every song. It would be bearable without him in it) Overall a good year so far, I'm particularly happy about the lack of generic pop songs going to #1 - but of course Rita Ora will have it next week! :P
  3. I'm happy (and shocked) that Sweet Disposition made it in - anybody have any idea of its sales?
  4. +5 Tove Lo feat. Hippie Sabotage - Stay High +4 Mr. Probz - Waves +3 Kiesza - Hideaway +2 Calvin Harris - Summer +1 John Legend - All Of Me -1 Shift K3y - Touch -2 Sigma - Nobody To Love -3 Iggy Azalea feat. Charli XCX - Fancy -4 Cash Cash feat. Bebe Raxha - Take Me Home -5 Chris Brown feat. Lil Wayne, Tyga, French Montana & Too $hort - Loyal
  5. I'm with Jameela on this - honestly can't understand why anybody likes Pitbull, he has no appeal whatsoever and his rap parts in songs all sound exactly the same...
  6. Midnight is already inelegible, apart from the remix version. That's why it wasn't top 40 last week. I don't see why the record companies are doing this. The OCC made it so one instant grat would be elegible, but it would be ridiculous for them to allow any more, it's just not going to happen, and if ASFOS was released as a separate single it would have done so well - as it is, by the time the album comes out it will have lost a load of sales :(
  7. Must say I'm surprised at how well Waves is holding up. It could well go on to outsell Hideaway and Nobody to Love when I thought it would easily be smaller than both of them. I guess Hideaway's potential as a huge hit was ruined by being on pre-order so long. :(
  8. It's nice to see Magic following almost exactly the same trend as Paradise so far. It obviously won't go to #1 but I hope it can improve on its current peak! :)
  9. +5 Mr. Probz - Waves +4 Tove Lo feat. Hippie Sabotage - Stay High +3 Kiesza - Hideaway +2 John Legend - All Of Me +1 Pharrell Williams - Happy -1 Shift K3y - Touch -2 Sigma - Nobody To Love -3 Neon Jungle - Welcome To The Jungle -4 Cash Cash feat. Bebe Rexha - Take Me Home -5 DJ Cassidy feat. Robin Thicke & Jessie J - Calling All Hearts
  10. Ugh, every time I think Let It Go it about to go away, it starts rising again... I guess it deserves top 10 after all this time in the chart and considering what a phenomenon the film has become, but I still can't really get into it. Summer for #1 this week so we can have the top 4 being the last four #1s in order, as said before - also I'm quite enjoying this changeover rate, I much prefer it to songs staying at the top by default because there are no new releases!
  11. Nice to hear a bit of La Roux, I hear they're returning very soon? I like Bulletproof more than this though...
  12. I'm sure Scott will go further than #51 before 4, because 50 songs in three hours seems to be pushing it a bit. Really didn't expect Domino to be so high! :o
  13. Wow, I thought Waiting All Night was much closer to Feel The Love than this! :o
  14. Still annoyed that the Leona version sold so much more than Snow Patrol's :(
  15. Meet Me Halfway sold more than Boom Boom Pow? Never knew that! :o
  16. CLEAN BANDIT! So this confirms that the cutoff for this chart is probably last week :)
  17. Ho Hey sold more than Payphone
  18. Pompeii! So glad this has sold so much now!
  19. Locked Out Of Heaven wasn't a #1! :P
  20. It's just struck me how few songs from 2012-14 we've had so far! I thought they'd make up the majority!
  21. Looking forward to Christmas now...
  22. It still shocks me that before last year Mr Brightside had only spent three weeks in the top 40, and yet had sold about 700,000 copies. Just goes to show how impressive trickle sales can be these days.
  23. Had no idea that The Man Who Can't Be Moved or The Lazy Song would have sold enough to make this list! :o
  24. Does anybody know when the likely cutoff for this chart would be? Hopefully pretty recent, I'm wondering if Clean Bandit may have made it! :D
