  1. Looking forward to the Live Lounge performance. I use to catch up on them frequently from around 2009-2013, then dropped away. I’m sure she’ll smash it though.
  2. With the exclusion of No Man No Cry and Just Don’t Need This I know feel that when the Three vinyl arrives it won’t include Twisted or Buster in it. Same with Taller In More Ways which I suspect would leave off Better.
  3. I tend to agree, the last few years had been looking quite old and stale.
  4. ABBA are fantastic and would’ve been worthy winners. Of the two remaining I’m not really bothered with who wins.
  5. It’s one of my favourites too. :(
  6. You’d imagine at a minimum one or two get a spot, or even a medley.
  7. They’re two huge losses! So it looks like the international version minus the Round Round remix.
  8. True, that might’ve been a factor for Steps too. 10th? Didn’t realise that if it does play out that way it’d be a great achievement.
  9. Paddington James posted a post in a topic in The Music Lounge
It looks like a few great albums are appearing on vinyl this year. If I was a vinyl collector this would be high on my list.
  10. That would be incredible, but sadly I feel it's wishful thinking. Would still love it though.
  11. Is the Madonna one the one from 2003?
  12. It see,ms a but redundant doesn’t it.
  13. That does seem suspiciously odd.
  14. Amazing!! Is this the first time on vinyl?
  15. 17. HZp2bk4YHFY 40. Shocked 39. Dancing 38. Padam Padam 37. Giving You Up 36. I Believe In You Kicking off the top 40 is Shocked, the 4th single from Kylie's 3rd album Rhythm of Love. This is the first single from this album to drop out in my rank. Shocked initially started a fair bit higher up but dropped down as my placing took shape. Dancing was released as the lead single for Golden in 2018 and it was one I wasn't keen on at the time, but after doing my album listen through at the start of the year I really started to enjoy it. Giving You Up was the second single from 2004 Greatest Hits album Ultimate Kylie, at the time of release I remember liking this but preferring it's b-side Made Of Glass which I think is still a great song. Padam Padam ends up at a very respectable #38 for me considering it is just over 1 year old and is a case of receney actually working in a songs favour I feel. I Believe In You came as a surprise for me, I didn't expect it would finish this high as I was not overly fond of it in 2004, but something has happened over the past 20 years as I've done a 180 on it.
  18. Robbie Williams - Something Beautiful
  19. Absolutely, I'm expecting a few more will happen soon. Second batch of 5 for the day, 2 songs from a greatest hits and the others coming from the 90's 10's and 20's.
  20. I vaguely remember the Riva Featuring Dannii Minogue song from the time, but it's quite good.
  21. With the top 40 starting later today here is a breakdown of how many songs are left from each album: Kylie - 4 Enjoy Yourself - 4 Rhythm of Love - 4 Let's Get To It - 3 Kylie Minogue - 2 Impossible Princess - 3 Light Years - 4 Fever - 3 Body Language - 3 X - 2 Aphrodite - 1 Kiss Me Once - 0 Golden - 2 Disco - 0 Tension - 1 Greatest Hits/Other - 4
  22. Magic & Say Something were pretty hard to seperate, I can certainly see both growing on me over time. I've checked that Blue Monday remix out once, perhaps I should revisit it. I did notice Better Than Todays chart placings were quite low, but I wasn't aware of what went on. Still not. With All The Lovers I do like it as well. (I feel like a broken record, haha). I just feel like I'm not as exposed to it as some of the earlier singles.
  23. Seeing posts like this make me really happy that people are noticing how incredible the original line up was/is. .2.0 were incredible as well.
  24. Tears was ok but never quite stuck with me. Hoping this will be better.
