Everything's fine up until the chorus. It's all chugging along nicely and I'll even forgive the blatant 80s stadium rock chords. But that chorus is one of the dampest squibs I have ever heard. Slight returns.

After the utter shambles I made of trying to participate in this last time round I am back with a track. Probably come last what with all the chillwave/electropop bollox that will get entered but who cares? Not me! Bring it on!

I think that's fair enough. I didn't mind that much anyway, after all it was my second favourite in the competition.

I voted for Lions coz it's a Dylan song and head and shoulders over most other things here. Still stand by my earlier comment tho. Congrats Severin.

Like the John Grant track too but it does pale next to Pale Green Ghosts (the track). Nice use of swearing though. :)

Just listening to Gallowdance again - nice and gothy. Would be quite nice to see them win.

I am jealous. I've been watching bits of the 6Music Festival performance on youtube and I think it will be a cracking show.

Just listened to this and something happened towards the end of the record. Wasn't really clicking much apart from the fabulous Forever Be (should be a single) especially as I played Flesh Tone right before it. Then the last 3 tracks came on (Rumble, Biscuits 'n' Gravy and Dreamer) and really caught my attention. Gonna give this another go now. qKPfcSZoB_0
