Where is Tina Barret? Anyone got linkage?
-
Predict: Leona Lewis - Trouble
Sorry but she'll miss Top 10. I think with a lot of people she has been forgotten about and the song isn't up to stratch.

Popjustice £20 Music Prize
The Saturdays ftw! Perfect pop song imo. Lawson....how much did Capital pay them?! Again do they even have fans other than Capital employees?
-
Illegal download stats - interesting article...
The problem for this is the fact albums and even download singles are too expensive. People's incomes are dwindling and paying a tenner for an album is going to stretch it for some peoples budgets. Perhaps if labels and shops LISTENED to the public and offer an affordable rate, then people will buy legally.

Who is buying this?! If it is X Factor....don't want to know.

This years X Factor guest performances boosts
Lawson - it would help them.......but expect the chart-run of 3-17-35-88-OUT  Saying that, I don't know of anyone who is a fan of them oddly *scratches head*

Large falls from the top 40 in 2012
In fairness...both of those songs are terrible. Deffo NOT Ed Sheeran's best work.

LOL at the comment about Capital. The thing is, radio and now TV stations are being VERY restrictive lately. If you're an unknown artist...you're not gonna get played! Unless you've an online campaign. I noticed whilst away at my Mums...Starz and Channel AKA have gone from showcasing new and unknown singers to top 40 only! It seems the record companies have the final say nowadays. However....LOL @ Tulisa - it would have been an embarassement if she got to #1. Amelia Lily is a shocker, the song isn't that great but it is deserved.

Any acts with a full 100% Top 40 record?
I know she was only a featuring artist but didn't German Bold Italic miss the chart in 1998?
-
Any acts with a full 100% Top 40 record?
Thank you :) East 17 did however manage 100% top 40 record.
-
Any acts with a full 100% Top 10 record?
Spice Girls had a clean sweep until Headlines. All Saints?
-
Any acts with a full 100% Top 40 record?
Too true...though in fairness she has had her day. Even if Radar was not released, she would have not made it due to I Wanna Go and Criminial. Christina Aguilera would have been on here but the public ignored You Lost Me. Do Take That have a 100% hit rate?

Any acts with a full 100% Top 40 record?
Although I am a fan of The Saturdays.....dont forget Work which was #22.
-
Artists without a top 40 hit?
Found an example with Yellowcard....#63 was their summit with 'Ocean Avenue' in 2004. Always thought that was a top 40 hit!
-
Artists without a top 40 hit?
I stand corrected with PJ Harvey. Blimey...would have thought Two Door Cinema Club would have been close..alas not so.
-
Artists without a top 40 hit?
Who has never had their name read out on the UK top 40 countdown? PJ Harvey must be an obvious one despite top 2 albums.
-
Any acts with a full 100% Top 40 record?
Oasis have an impressive record indeed! Shows all these years on...a strong fan base. Doesn't Vicki Beckham have the best record out of all the Spicies with 100% Top 10s?
-
Any acts with a full 100% Top 40 record?
Thanks for bringing that up....what an awful song! 5 mins of nothing.
-
Any acts with a full 100% Top 40 record?
Well both official and promo/album track singles. Forgot about that one!
-
Any acts with a full 100% Top 40 record?
Which acts have 100% top 40 record in the singles chart? The only ones that come to mind are The Spice Girls, The Saturdays and Girls Aloud. Anyone better this?

It is just all samey with Ne-Yo lately...thing is that is the only way to have a hit. The Rihanna duet was his last good song. Ouch @ Ronan Keating.

Go Pink!! Neyo has such a crap single...it is too similar to his last few singles. As for The Script...sell-outs. At least Pink has stayed faithful to her sound.
