Hey Brother! Me and my two best friends (1m, 1f) 2013 anthem

If some ubiquitous 2013 artists come together for a Philippines charity record, they could be a contender... maybe.

So happy to see Sail in the T20, even happier to see Hey Brother on the T10 border. To me and my best male and female friend, Hey Brother has become our anthem.

The 1975 - Chocolate Chris Malinchak - So Good To Me Macklemore & Ryan Lewis - Can't Hold Us Imagine Dragons - Radioactive Calvin Harris - I Need Your Love Icona Pop - I Love It Calvin Harris - Under Control 2 Chainz - We Own It Taylor Swift - Everything Has Changed Pitbull - Feel this Moment

Macklemore & Ryan Lewis - Same Love Duke Dumont - Need U (100%) AlunaGeorge - Attracting Flies Storm Queen - Look Right Through Jay Z - Holy Grail Eminem - The Monster Rihanna - Stay MKS - Flatline The Vamps - Can We Dance The Saturdays - Disco Love

+5 Bastille - Of The Night +4 Martin Garrix - Animals +3 Lily Allen - Hard Out Here +2 Storm Queen - Look Right Through (MK Remix) +1 Eminem feat. Rihanna - The Monster -1 Ellie Goulding - How Long Will I Love You -2 Gary Barlow - Let Me Go -3 One Direction - Story Of My Life -4 Little Mix - Move -5 Lily Allen - Somewhere Only We Know

Under Control is maddeningly generic. Someone compared it to Don't You Worry Child the other week which is absolutely barmy. Breach or Bastille for #1 this week.

Lily flat out murdered an amazing song AND deprived Bastille of their first #1. Not a happy bunny.

Three boring generic songs (and Hard Out Here which is not too bad) ahead of some actual exciting releases?

Very pleased that Martin Garrix beat Goulding/Allen to #1, a much more exciting song.

While very different from the Bastille I love, I want this to be #1. It'll end up Top 2 at the least.

Come on Elfstedentocht (Parts 1 & 2)! <3

Sweater Weather is definitely a Winter song, but it sounds Summer-y. I would love this to be a T40 hit  +1 to the Afterglow and Sail love too.

Whoops ^_^ well I stand corrected. I'll make a different point instead... Look Right Through doesn't feel like a #1.

I'm having a major *meh* reaction to Look Right Through, if I'm honest. I see all the dance songs that came out this year that either just went T10 or just missed (Sonnentanz, Afterglow, So Good To Me, Mozart's House, Turn Me Out all spring to mind), and I'm just baffled how Look Right Through is a likely #1, especially ahead of The Monster and Royals.

+5 Wilkinson - Afterglow +4 Lorde - Royals +3 OneRepublic - Counting Stars +2 Drake feat. Majid Jordan - Hold On, We're Going Home +1 Showtek feat. We Are Loud & Sonny Wilson - Booyah -1 Katy Perry - Roar -2 Miley Cyrus - Wrecking Ball -3 James Blunt - Bonfire Heart -4 James Arthur - You're Nobody 'Til Somebody Loves You -5 Union J - Beautiful Life

If I see one more damn advert for Foxes 'Youth' on Youtube before a video... the song has been totally ruined by being repeated constantly, I must have seen the ad at least 30 times today alone.

Royals is definitely a 'marmite' song, though personally I can't get enough of it.

I like Booyah sober or drunk, but Play Hard is only good after about 20 shots of tequila.

Yes Jameela, you've made the Lorde = child joke a few times now, we get it HUR HUR.

That's what we call the 'Play Hard' effect.

Whose cover of Wrecking Ball was Jameela talking about?

Damn, I forgot to vote this to the top on the reshuffle chart. Brilliant song

I wonder if we'll get Ylvis/Foxes back to back next week.
