Having now listened to it, I... don't actually hate the new snippet? It definitely sounds like it's been purposely distorted, but if not, then I imagine it'll still work in the context of the full song. (Still not hyped for this in the slightest tho).

I just want some cross-gen evolutions. The likes of Dunsparce, Stantler and Girafarig deserve their time to shine after 20 years.

Zara clinging on is slightly iconic. I actually prefer her to the likes of P!nk and Taylor (and low-key Ariana) so I'm not even mad. What songs does she even have left to submit tho? 'Lush Life'?

I'm slightly obsessed with the original A*M*E track that was posted a few pages ago, but the production on that is incredible and doesn't include the dreadful trumpet segment. I don't have particularly high hopes right now -- I just can't see how they're going to weave it all together without the track sounding ridiculous.

Easy decision. 'What About Us' is such a slog to listen to (doesn't help that it was ridiculously overplayed). IWL is one of Zara's best.

Song alone should put 'Touch' in the top 3 tbh. 'Get Weird' second out their albums is a bit gross. I'd rank it only ahead of DNA. The singles were flawless tho.

'Bodak Yellow' was undeniable and 'I Like It' was a bop, but everything else from her -- including features -- have been dreadful. I just... don't think she's particularly talented. Her visuals are consistently on point though, I'll give her that.

'Waking Up In Vegas' should've performed better. It's aged incredibly well compared to other songs of that era.

Close round! Thought LMLY would be a riskier choice since it's hardly their most recognisable hit, but it's faring pretty well so far!

Oh, this is rather lovely. No idea when I became a Rita stan, but I've loved everything from 'Lonely Together' onwards ('Your Song' can still rot). I actually prefer the verses on this. Rita's delivery is great.

'The One That Got Away' is my favourite track from her. Such an underrated gem. 'Walking on Air' is probably her best non-single though.

I've loved a lot of her output recently despite the flopiness, but this is a huge triumph. Can see this being a big hit for her! The video's great too -- perfect amount of silly without veering into ridiculousness (hello Swish Swish).

Scream at how wretched this is. I can't even stan it ironically.

They really need a smash so I'm praying it's better than that clip would suggest. Please tell me the instrumental doesn't actually drag on for that long...
