Probably because there's nothing much else they can do for it. The video's been released and didn't have much of an impact, the airplay has peaked now that's on the R1 A-list (since Capital show no signs of supporting it), and it's already pretty high on Hit Hits yet seems to have stalled on Spotify. With a discount I could see it going low top 20 -- which is still a result after this shambolic campaign -- but I'm not expecting much else at this point. Roll on 'Wasabi' (or an entirely new single).

I'm a bit baffled as to why they're attending when Capital are actively snubbing them. Down to #37 on Spotify. A little concerning that it's falling already -- the optimist in me was hoping for some big gains this week with the top 50 effect/Hot Hits placing.

Preach. I low-key prefer it to WLM now. Opted for DNA again. Although it's really a wasted vote this early. :lol:

Nah, I'd say it's justified. R1 didn't bother to play the last single, and I can't imagine its relative underperformance will inspire them to playlist anything in the future. IWYTF did get amazing support from Capital, but I'm wondering if they'll suffer the same fate as Little Mix and be snubbed now that they've left Syco. I honestly can't see anything beyond a massive flop from this.

This is... cute, but her lyrics make me cringe beyond belief ocassionally. She's yet to top 'Plot Twist' for me.

My first thought upon hearing this. The intro is literally identical? (Shame the song itself is massively inferior).

Not me coming around to this massively only for it to bomb out of the top 40. Not that it'll do her any harm, but I'm quite surprised it's done so poorly given the immediate support it received. Can she maybe ease off on the collabs/movie tracks until DL2 now? This era has lasted an eternity.

I'm thoroughly whelmed. The fire bunny is atrocious and the water starter looks like a Mudkip/Froakie hybrid. The grass monkey is cute at least. The games themselves don't look particularly impressive either. I've noticed random encounters are back, which is a shame, since the new approach was one the few things Let's Go actually got right.

I doubt it'll make the top 20 this week, but that doesn't stop it from doing so further down the line. The fact that it's nearly there while being outside the top 50 on Spotify bodes well. I really want to see this go top 15, it doesn't deserve to be their lowest peaking single.

Not WLM overtaking this on Spotify. The BRITS had a bigger effect than I anticipated. I imagine this won't make the top 50 till next week now due to the weekend effect. (Still B-list on R1 too). Praise be.

I wonder if they're pulling an Ariana and moving on to a new album campaign? LM5 is by far their best material imo and I'd hate to see 'Wasabi' and/or 'Forget You Not' paid dust, but it'd at least be a clean slate after this utterly shambolic era. Then again, a re-release with a massive summer single (something more in vein of SOTME/Power/BM to get the casuals on board) might be the kick up the arse the album needs. Funny that they have no qualms using the girls for clicks and for plugging their Global awards, but still refuse to play TAU.

I wouldn't say that. Jolteon has always been on par with Vaporeon competitively, if not better. Flareon is admittedly tragic though. A massive lol at Eevee crashing out. I used to be a fan, but the incessant shoving down our throats 20+ years after its inception is just bizarre. It really doesn't have the range to be fronting a mainline game. And the fact that it can't evolve in LGPE when that's its entire gimmick is beyond tragic. Leafeon remains iconic though. Speaking of icons, Jigglypuff beating out the 'mascots' is hilarious to see. I don't really use her ingame but she's insanely fun to play as in Smash.
