I've loved it since the moment I heard it and vastly prefer it to WLM, but it does feel a little bit regressive and definitely wouldn't sound out of place on 'Glory Days'. But eh, a safe bop is still a bop. (That being said, 'Wasabi' needs to be next. It's legit stuck in my head constantly).

Glad to see it looks set for a top 40 debut after all! I actually think this could be a pretty big hit for them. Capital are always odd with their playlisting. They're still hammering WLM, and I've heard them play 'Hair', 'Only You', NMSS and 'Power' in the last day or two but not this. :lol: They'll probably put it into regular rotation after the video drops.

'Move' is a masterpiece and a fantastic winner. I'm still in awe that they released it so early on in their career.

It is pretty questionable that an act of their standing can't get instant Hot Hits support. Possibly, but I don't imagine it would be track 1 on the The Pop List if that was the case.

Okay 'Black Magic' needs to chill. It's cute and I know it single-handedly revived their career and all, but it beating out 'Touch' is a mess. 'Move' would be an amazing winner.

NMSS' release was grim. I remember Capital weren't even playing it for a while and it was languishing towards the bottom of the iTunes 100. Still not sure how it managed to rack up so many sales with its relatively poor chart run. :lol: Speaking of, has Capital been playing this any? I know they gave it a few spins on Friday.

Uh oh, not looking forward to the 'flop!' brigade when it misses the top 40 this week. Actually really impressed with its Apple Music performance so far!

Yeah, I'm pretty impressed with how it's performing so far. As much as I love the song in its own right, I'm mostly willing for it to become a hit to guarantee we get 'Wasabi' as a single at some point down the line. :lol:

Love the new artwork! My favourite of theirs in a long while. Shame about Spotify, but it is the top track on 'The Pop List' so it's not like they've been completely snubbed. The NMF omission seems like a genuine mistake. :lol:

Admittedly the lack of NMF is a mess and likely going to hinder its performance for the first week or so, but I can still see this being a pretty big hit for them. It’s very GP-friendly and more of a return to the ‘Glory Days’ sound.

Christ almighty. Surely a big component of a single mix is for the instant exposure upon release? Can't see anything beyond a low debut for this now, since I doubt it'll get instant Hot Hits support.

This is decent enough but not a patch on 'Electricity' or 'Kiss and Make Up'. The chorus lets it down massively.

Lickitung's design is ridiculous in the best sense. I actually used one on my in-game team in LGE. Shame that Lickilicky is an absolute abomination. No other huge losses in this batch for me bar Golduck. It's really crying out for a mega with a Psychic typing. Shocked Clefable is so low, but I do find its design a bit shit and it's an complete nightmare to battle against. Edit: Turns out I rated it a 2. :lol:

I actually really like it. Ty's part fits in well, especially with the girls' ad libs, and it doesn't drag on like Nicki's verse and to a lesser extent, Stormzy's. The 'na na na' section works best at the end too.

Beyond hyped for this, TAU has really clicked with me the past few weeks, and the video snippet looks way better than I was anticipating (although I only just realised it's actually the girls lying next to Ty :lol:).

Mabel doing incredibly well so far! Nice to see her rebounding after 'One Shot' flopped.
