Love this chart. Hope they keep publishing it! It's interesting to see so many American Idol winners in the charts. I thought the show would die after Kris and Lee both flopped, but Scotty and Phillip have since done quite well for themselves, along with Kelly and Carrie of course, and it proves that AI is still the biggest music reality show in America, the winners of The Voice and The X Factor will be lucky to be as successful.

I disagree that Jillian would've done well. She'd be among the bottom along the rest of her category. I can't say I'm TOO surprised to see Paige leave and CeCe stay, even with Paige's performance being good. They've been alternating between the bottom 2 and being safe since the beginning, and since CeCe was in the bottom 2 last week it was her turn to be safe this week and Paige to be at the bottom. CeCe's now a dead cert to go next week. So glad to see Vino leave! Don't understand how he managed 3rd for all those weeks. Bye!

I agree the winner's song is really good!! Very fun and radio-friendly. It's crazy isn't it!! When she was in the bottom 2 the first week I don't think anyone imagined she'd go on to win the whole thing. Also, Samantha survived the first sing-off because of the judge's votes, so it's entirely possible she had the lowest number of votes that first week! :blink: I hope they release the voting percentages this season. If Sammi can win, maybe it proves we shouldn't count out Rylan to win here. Imagine his version of Skyscraper! :lol: :drama:

Isn't she taking a break from The Voice next season to "concentrate on her music"? Surely she should've skipped THIS season so she can concentrate on really promoting it on its opening week. Or at the very least if she couldn't get out of this season she should've postponed the album til early next year. I don't think it'll matter what her next single is as it'll already be too late to revive the album by the time she's got free time on her hands to promote.
