ACR is pretty solid, removing it would make the chart unbearably dull - I recall listening to the chart show every Friday at university in 2016/17 and sometimes there'd be weeks where the entire top 10 stayed completely static :') (same era as when Drake did his 15 week stint at #1 I believe, need I say more x) I would perhaps increase the ACR ratio slightly to help ease songs out of the top 40 at a faster pace.
